Misiones, Salta, , Río Negro y Neuquén se distanciaron del comunicado que la Casa Rosada firmó con 14 mandatarios provinciales a raíz del fallo de la Corte Suprema.
El miércoles pasado, en el marco de las actuaciones iniciadas por el Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires contra el Estado Nacional a fin que se declare la inconstitucionalidad de la ley 27.606, sancionada el día 10 de diciembre de 2020, la Corte Suprema resolvió ordenar que durante la tramitación del proceso el Estado Nacional entregue a la CABA el 2,95% de la masa de fondos definida en el artículo 2° de la ley 23.548. Asimismo dispuso que las transferencias correspondientes a lo dispuesto se realizarán en forma diaria y automática por el Banco de la Nación Argentina.
Posteriormente el gobierno nacional anunció en un comunicado de prensa que no acataría el fallo. La decisión política -que se definió en conjunto con 14 gobernadores,es que ni el Presidente ni los mandatarios entregarán una partida que implique beneficiar a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y perjudicar al peronismo en sus decisiones de gestión, en lo que será un año atravesado por las elecciones que habrá en todo el país.
Luego del comunicado del gobierno, sectores de la oposición realizaron una serie de denuncias por el delito de sedición y traición a la Patria en contra del Ejecutivo Nacional y los gobernadores que firmaron el rechazo contra el fallo.
No obstante, los gobernadores Gustavo Sáenz, de Salta; Omar Gutiérrez, de Neuquén; Oscar Herrera Ahuad, de Misiones y Arabela Carreras, de Río Negro, se distanciaron del comunicado que la Casa Rosada firmó con 14 mandatarios provinciales a raíz del fallo de la Corte Suprema.
