Herrera Ahuad inauguró espacios educativos y entregó títulos de propiedad en El Soberbio
En la tarde de este jueves, el gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad inauguró la Mediateca Hesselman, Filial Biblioteca Popular 2 de Abril. Este espacio quedó abierto al público como lugar de consulta, estudios y capacitaciones. Allí se pueden encontrar libros, ponencias, biografías en diferentes soportes y formatos y además, contará con acceso libre a internet. El mandatario destacó la inauguración de este espacio “con las características necesarias para generar inclusión y enseñanza. Venimos trabajando fuertemente para que la oferta educativa no solamente esté en las escuelas, sino también en las bibliotecas distribuidas en toda la provincia”.
Regularización de dominios como derechos humanos
En la mediateca, el Gobernador también entregó títulos de propiedad a diez familias de las 63 beneficiadas con la medida, 52 escrituras a familias agricultoras del Paraje Fray Luis Beltrán y 11 títulos correspondientes a las viviendas del barrio Bella Vista. Herrera Ahuad aseguró que la medida responde a la necesidad de simplificar los actos de adjudicación de tierras. “Por eso hoy podemos entregar 100 títulos en Misiones, porque es un derecho”. Reiteró su compromiso en “seguir trabajando en la regularización de los dominios de los misioneros para que cada uno tenga su tierra y tenga su lugar”.
En tanto, el intendente Roque Soboczinski comentó que “es un día para celebrar, aquí hay sueños cumplidos”. Resaltó la gestión provincial en la regularización de tierras y el apoyo en el desarrollo urbanístico de la comuna, así como las tratativas para mejorar los caminos. Agradeció a los funcionarios provinciales involucrados porque “siempre están tratando de buscar lo mejor para El Soberbio”.
Mejora para la educación de la zona
Posteriormente, Herrera Ahuad recorrió las aulas y participó en el acto protocolar de la inauguración del nuevo edificio de la Escuela Rural N.º 940, un establecimiento al que asisten diariamente más de 100 estudiantes de Colonia Primavera y paraje San Ramón. Así, ahora cuenta con una estructura que mejora las posibilidades de brindar educación de calidad y la oferta educativa para la comunidad de la zona.
El mandatario comentó que “cada metro cuadrado de construcción de la escuela lo fui siguiendo y mirando, pendiente de cómo avanzaba la obra a lo largo de estos años”, porque su construcción responde a la necesidad de tener la oferta cerca de la demanda de la educación del área rural. Celebró que “cada escuela que abrimos, genera felicidad en todos, en los padres, alumnos, y maestros. Llevamos seis días de ciclo lectivo y siete escuelas inauguradas”, aseguró.
Con el mismo énfasis, destacó la gestión de Hugo Passalacqua cuando le tocó gobernar la provincia, que “marcó esta ruta de crecimiento y desarrollo de la educación en la provincia. Nuestro conductor, Carlos Rovira, también marca la pauta de lo que es la educación disruptiva, la educación del futuro”, añadió.
También, destacó que “es un tiempo donde vamos viendo la conclusión de las obras proyectadas y El Soberbio ha sido una de las localidades donde el Gobierno provincial fue generando estructuras básicas y elementales para que pueda crecer y desarrollarse”. Hizo referencia al avance de la infraestructura vial y el crecimiento del turismo en la región y anunció nuevas obras en infraestructuras sanitarias con pozos perforados. Precisó que se está avanzando en la gestión de la toma de agua de distribución de la nueva planta de El Soberbio y en el planteo de la mejora en la Ruta Provincial N.° 15 . “Son obras que se hacen con recursos nacionales y provinciales”, aclaró.
En la oportunidad, el Gobernador enfatizó que “estamos trabajando para concretar realidades, para tener más escuelas y más seguridad”. Resaltó la reciente entrega de una ambulancia 0 km y una motoniveladora e informó sobre la próxima licitación del puente sobre el arroyo Yabotí, en el Parque Provincial Moconá. “Todo son aportes que también llegan a una comunidad, por eso hoy estamos acá, para comprometernos a seguir trabajando juntos”, dijo. Hizo especial énfasis en la construcción de la futura EPET que “sería la tercera escuela en un año que inauguraríamos en El Soberbio”.
“No existen escuelas chicas, ni escuelas grandes, la educación es importante en cualquier lugar de la provincia. En cualquier lugar donde haya un docente, un alumno, una familia, donde se hace educación, están las manos del Estado provincial para ayudar, para acompañar como política de Estado. La educación nos hace libres, pues bien, lo mejor que puede hacer el ser humano es ser libre”, puntualizó.
Por último, dirigiéndose a la comunidad educativa, la instó a continuar por la senda de la solidaridad a “despojarse de los egoísmos y trabajar en conjunto, algo que también muestra claramente cuál es el gen del buen misionero”.
Mientras, el director de la Escuela Rural N.º 940, Martín Cornell, agradeció a Herrera Ahuad la decisión política de impulsar la construcción del nuevo edificio y resaltó las políticas educativas impulsadas por el Ministerio de Educación en la zona.
La mediateca Hasselman
La mediateca es un espacio público, ubicado en Colonia Paraíso Km 10, donde se podrán realizar estudios, capacitaciones y habrá apoyo educativo. El nuevo edificio cuenta con un sector de biblioteca, acceso a plataformas virtuales por medio de la instalación de 5 PC con internet. La obra, que tiene forma de medio libro, fue ejecutada por la Dirección General de Arquitectura en un terreno donado por el señor Bruno Hesselman, por eso la misma lleva su nombre.
Gran parte de los libros y mobiliario fueron donados por la Biblioteca Popular 2 de Abril de Posadas, bibliotecas de Buenos Aires y vecinos y vecinas de otros municipios que hicieron su aporte de libros. Actualmente, tienen más de 3000 ejemplares. Como institución está funcionando hace dos años, lo que hoy se inauguró fue el nuevo edificio y su ampliación a mediateca. También funciona en la biblioteca un programa de terminalidad secundaria para adultos, con alrededor de 32 alumnos mayores de 18 años.
Regularización de tierras
En cuanto a la regularización de escrituras, pertenecen a familias rurales del Paraje Fray Luis Beltrán “Colonia Bananera” y se enmarca en la segunda entrega de títulos en la zona. El trabajo se realizó en tiempo récord desde sus inicios en el año 2019, cuando se comenzó con las tareas de agrimensura. Con esta entrega de 52 escrituras, el beneficio ya alcanza a más de 140 familias de agricultores de esa colonia.
Por otra parte, los 11 títulos entregados corresponden a las viviendas de inundados, de la zona urbana de El Soberbio, asentados en el barrio denominado actualmente Bella Vista; y que se suman a los más de 120 vecinos que ya son titulares de sus terrenos y viviendas en el sector. Este trabajo de titularizaciones es llevado a cabo a través del Programa de Regularización Dominial del IPRODHA.
Una estructura para más de cien estudiantes
En relación con el nuevo edificio de la Escuela Rural N.º 940, fue construido a través de USCEPP del Ministerio de Educación de Misiones. Cuenta con dos pluriaulas, una de primer ciclo y otra para el segundo ciclo, cocina, sanitarios y una biblioteca, además de la estructura del NENI 2137. A esta escuela asisten diariamente más de 100 estudiantes de Colonia Primavera y paraje San Ramón. Allí también funciona un espacio de primera infancia, una sala de nivel inicial y la primaria de 1° a 7°.
