Energía: tras gestiones de Herrera Ahuad, hoy la provincia firmará con Nación un convenio de compensación recíproca por regalías eléctricas
El acuerdo se concretará este miércoles tras las tratativas impulsadas entre el Gobernador misionero y el Ministro de Economía, Sergio Massa. El mismo incluye el tendido de nuevas líneas eléctricas en la provincia. Por otra parte, se espera un encuentro con la titular de la Anses para firmar un convenio por más de 2 mil millones de pesos. También se confirmó la llegada a Misiones de otro ministro de la Nación que vendrá para anunciar más obras.
El gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad y la secretaria de Energía de la Nación, Flavia Royón, avanzarán hoy en la firma de un convenio para cerrar la compensación de la deuda que tiene la provincia con la distribuidora Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista Eléctrico (Cammesa). Se trata de una operación que permitirá el canje de lo que adeudan Yacyretá y Salto Grande en concepto de regalías a Misiones.
El mecanismo de la compensación recíproca entre la Provincia y la Nación forma parte de los acuerdos que alcanzaron la semana pasada Herrera Ahuad y el ministro de Economía, Sergio Massa, durante su encuentro en Buenos Aires.
Los números de la deuda son casi equivalentes. Mientras que la sumatoria por las regalías asciende a poco más de 24 mil millones de pesos, lo que Misiones debe a Cammesa no supera los 25 mil millones de pesos. El canje se sustenta en lo establecido en el Artículo 90 del Presupuesto Nacional 2023.
En la cartera de Energía también se firmarán los acuerdos para el nuevo tendido de media tensión (33Kv) que se realizará entre las estaciones transformadoras San Vicente –San Pedro y San Vicente– El Soberbio. Las inversiones permitirán ampliar los recursos energéticos necesarios para el desarrollo industrial, comercial y turístico de la región centro y este de la provincia.
Otro de los puntos de la agenda que tratarán hoy Herrera Ahuad y Royon será el de los plazos de la licitación y ejecución de obra de la nueva línea de 500Kv que partirá desde Rincón Santa María (Ituzaingó) y se extenderá hasta la estación eléctrica de Fachinal. Además, se avanzará sobre otra instalación clave: la línea de 132 Kvque conectará la estación San Isidro con Oberá y Leandro N. Alem.
Otro acuerdo de pago
Lo que aún no está confirmado es el encuentro entre el mandatario y la titular de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (Anses), Fernanda Raverta. Si la reunión se concreta y no se pospone, la buena nueva será la firma de un convenio por una deuda de poco más de 2 mil millones de pesos que la Nación le debe a la provincia en concepto de déficit de la caja previsional del año 2019.
“Lo importante es que hay voluntad de la Anses de saldar la deuda. Hay muchas obras que la provincia asumió con fondos propios para asegurar sus ejecuciones, por eso venimos insistiendo en la transferencia de recursos. Si la reunión no sale es porque estamos casi sobre las fiestas navideñas y todo es un poco más complejo, lo bueno es que ya hay un compromiso asumido”, explicó una fuente del Gobierno.
Paquete de obras públicas para arrancar 2023
Ayer, el mandatario se reunió con el administrador General de Vialidad Nacional, Gustavo Arrieta, para delinear las obras de infraestructura vial incluidas en un paquete mayor que serán anunciadas el próximo 4 de enero durante una visita del ministro de Obras Públicas de la Nación, Gabriel Katopodis, a la provincia.
Hasta el momento, según aseguraron a Canal 12 fuentes oficiales, entre las obras que ya están cerradas se encuentran: el soterramiento de la avenida Quaranta y la ex ruta Provincial 213; las reformas de la ruta 212 desde Caraguatay hasta San Vicente, y la repavimentación de la ruta 7 y del remanente del kilómetro 1.5km entre Loreto y Yabebirí.
