Corrientes: En plena crisis por los incendios el Gobierno creó Fondo Especial de $140 millones para carnavales
Publicado por el gobernador de la provincia y los ministros de Hacienda y la Secretaría General de la Gobernación, los recursos fueron pedidos el 11 de enero pasado y aprobados el último 2 de febrero. A los bomberos voluntarios en subsidios les dieron menos de $70 millones. Los archivos fueron publicados por corrienteshoy.com
El expediente número: 000-00013-2022 arbitra el marco jurídico administrativo para diagramar el armado de un Fondo Especial de $140 millones “con destino a solventar gastos que demanda la realización de los carnavales correntinos 2022 (montaje de infraestructura, palcos y tribunas, audio unificado, baños, desagote y limpieza de carros de sonido, ect)”, dice el encabezado del pedido dirigido al subsecretario de Promoción de Iniciativa Privada y Gestión Administrativa.
A las 47 asociaciones de bomberos voluntarios entre enero pasado y ahora febrero, el Gobierno provincial entregó $34 millones en concepto de subsidios que da $68 millones en total. Lejos de los $140 millones destinados al Corso capitalino.
Dicho funcionario de pomposo cargo redactó la solicitud de dinero estatal para financiar lo que es un evento privado. En este caso con ayuda pública.
En los considerandos del expediente es la Secretaría General de la Gobernación, con rango de ministerio, la que viabiliza el pedido y se lo remite a otro ministerio, el de Hacienda y Finanzas. El más poderoso de todos ya que dispone de la billetera estatal. Es éste ministerio el que habilita el dinero luego de recibir la luz verde del gobernador de la provincia.
Recordando que Hacienda y Finanzas aún discute en modo cámara lenta, los aumentos que debe dar a docentes provinciales y el resto de los agentes estatales para este año. Incrementos que deben ser extensivos a los jubilados y pensionados provinciales.
El pedido de recursos fue aprobado el pasado 2 de febrero cuando toda la provincia ardía en una de las tragedias más grandes de la historia correntina. En el medio la queja constante de las autoridades del Poder Ejecutivo hacia el Gobierno nacional pidiendo recursos y asistencia.
No queda claro quién o qué área estatal es la encargada del manejo, administración de los $140 millones destinados al carnaval. Quedan fuera, no figura en la normativa, las comparsas. Al parecer el dinero público es para costear la logística de organización del evento privado.
¿Alguien pedirá explicaciones por qué en medio de semejante crisis el Estado provincial ocupa recursos en lugar de concentrarlos en la atención y contención de damnificados por los incendios? Incluso el pasado domingo el Gobierno provincial en una campaña solidaria pidió a la población que done alimentos para bomberos: en el pedido figura picadillo y caramelos.
