Con la bandera misionera en popa, así partió la barcaza que arribará al puerto de Posadas
Navegando hacia una nueva etapa, la operatividad del puerto de Posadas está viento en popa. A bordo del bunker remolcador Carolina y con la bandera de Misiones en lo más alto, partió desde Rosario este jueves hacia la capital provincial los contenedores que traerán, a su vez, prosperidad y grandes expectativas comerciales. El capitán de la barcaza compartió con Canal 12 el histórico momento en donde se observa los primeros movimientos de contenedores. “Lo estamos viviendo con mucho entusiasmo”, manifestó.
En el video, también relató que el remolcador es un proyecto en conjunto con la Provincia y sin tapujos confesó el “placer y el orgullo de formar parte de esto”. Además, los tripulantes consideran que la terminal portuaria ubicada en el barrio de Nemesio Parma “tiende a crecer con estas iniciativas”.
No es para menos, luego de la inversión que hizo la Provincia para la puesta a punto, el mismo gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad dijo que contribuirá al desarrollo económico con una “dinámica que generará no sólo un alivio en las industrias, sino que también será una fuente de trabajo para el desarrollo productivo”.
Esta ruta fluvial ubicada en una de las zonas más importantes del país por su conectividad con Brasil y Paraguay significará en materia productiva el “equilibrio en la balanza comercial” debido a que las importaciones y exportaciones tendrán un beneficio logístico de menores costos y mayor rapidez en comparación al burocrático puerto de Buenos Aires.
El régimen tributario que tendrá, asimismo, la zona aduanera especial –que se encuentra en etapa de reglamentación– beneficiará a la producción por su sistema especial arancelario para los bienes, servicios y mercaderías en cuanto al pago de impuestos nacionales. Por eso, Herrera Ahuad considera que el puerto será “un punto competitivo para la región que le va a dar un valor agregado y va a disminuir la enorme asimetría que tiene Misiones con el resto de las provincias argentinas y al resto de los países”.
Por eso, “hay muchas expectativas de empresas misioneras que están interesadas en comenzar a utilizar este nuevo medio de transporte para sacar su producción hacia otros puertos del río Paraná o inclusive utilizarlo como salida de exportación a través de los puertos de Campana o de Zárate”, había explicado el año pasado el ministro de Hacienda Adolfo Safrán.
Cómo es el puerto
Ubicado en el paraje Nemesio Parma, en la confluencia entre el arroyo Apepú y el río Paraná, lleva el nombre de la primera mujer oficial submarinista de Argentina y América Latina, la misionera nacida en Oberá, Eliana María Krawczyk, quien formaba parte de las tropas del ARA San Juan que se hundió en 2017.
El lugar alcanza las 22 hectáreas y está dotado de un muelle de 250 metros de amarre; sumado a esto, cuenta con una subestación transformadora de energía eléctrica de 500 kilovoltiamperios (kVA) y un grupo electrógeno de 200 kVA. Por otra parte, posee alumbrado con cuatro torres de 8.000 watts, red eléctrica bifásica y trifásica para embarcaciones, y agua potable para embarcaciones.
Asimismo, la cabina y el brazo de la grúa fue montada por la empresa alemana Liebherr, en el que aporta una tecnología utilizada en puertos internacionales que no sólo ayuda a ahorrar el consumo de energía, sino que también reduce el tiempo de carga y descarga.
