Vizzotti: «La cuarta ola de coronavirus nos encuentra en una situación distinta»
La titular de la cartera sanitaria encabezó la apertura en Villa La Angostura de una nueva edición presencial del Consejo Federal de Salud (Cofesa), donde destacó la importancia de seguir avanzando en la integración del sistema de salud.
La ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, dio inicio este lunes por la mañana en la ciudad de Villa La Angostura a una nueva edición presencial del Consejo Federal de Salud (Cofesa), donde afirmó que «estamos empezando en Argentina una cuarta ola de Covid-19 que nos encuentra en una situación totalmente distinta» ya que «tenemos un panorama en relación a la vacunación que nos permite seguir adelante en una nueva etapa de esta pandemia», se informó este lunes oficialmente.
Vizzotti, por su parte, destacó durante la apertura que la amplitud y variedad de temas de agenda de la jornada traduce el trabajo realizado por los equipos de salud a pesar de la demanda causada por el Covid-19, y puntualizó así en la importancia de seguir avanzando en la integración del sistema de salud.
«Venimos trabajando en una situación de integración por la pandemia y tenemos la convicción de que tenemos que aprovechar esta oportunidad para sostenerlo y profundizarlo para que no dependa de las decisiones de quienes hoy circunstancialmente estemos en estos lugares, sino que haya un marco normativo que permita iniciar el camino de la integración del sistema de salud», aseguró la ministra.
El gobernador de Neuquén, Omar Gutiérrez, por su parte, agradeció la presencia de las autoridades y reconoció el trabajo mancomunado entre Nación y las diferentes jurisdicciones durante la crisis que produjo la pandemia de coronavirus.
«Hoy nosotros no tenemos consecuencias graves con el Covid-19, y es fruto de haber construido inmunidad colectiva, barrera sanitaria, de haber compatibilizado las acciones individuales con los actos de gobierno», expresó Gutiérrez y concluyó: «Hemos llevado adelante un proceso de vacunación ejemplar e histórico, y les pido que continuemos convocando a la ciudadanía a que siga adelante con este proceso”.
En tanto la ministra de Salud de Neuquén, Andrea Peve, destacó las bases sobre las cuales se instrumentó el plan de salud de la provincia en la década del 70 y, al analizar el presente, expresó: “Avanzamos a la par de las demandas de la sociedad y las transformaciones sociales iniciadas desde el movimiento de las mujeres que nos está permitiendo replantear muchos supuestos”.
“Uno de ellos es el de uniformidad biológica, entre hombres y mujeres, mediante los cuales se estableció la atención en la salud y la organización de los servicios de salud alrededor de los servicios sanitarios”, explicó.
Peve señaló que “estoy hablando del sesgo de género en salud que ha impedido visibilizar problemas de salud específicos de las mujeres; por ejemplo, la uniformidad en el cuidado, en el tratamiento y en el diagnóstico de enfermedades cardiovasculares en contraposición con los signos y síntomas que cada uno y cada una conlleva en virtud del género”.
De la apertura participó también el intendente de Villa La Angostura, Fabio Stefani, quien en el marco del 90 aniversario de la localidad celebró “que estemos aquí reunidos juntos para seguir trabajando en el desarrollo de acciones de salud pública en nuestro país”.
El comienzo del temario del encuentro estuvo a cargo de presidente del Instituto Nacional Central Único Coordinador de Ablación e Implante (Incucai), Carlos Soratti, quien presentó un diagnóstico de situación y los principales desafíos en relación a la donación y trasplante de órganos y tejidos.
Por su parte, la secretaria de Acceso a la Salud de la Nación, Sandra Tirado, presentó los avances en la implementación de la Ley Nacional de Atención y Cuidado Integral de la Salud durante el Embarazo y la Primera Infancia, conocida como Ley 1.000 Días.
Entre las políticas que incluye la Ley 27.611, Tirado destacó el parto respetado, el abordaje de la muerte fetal y perinatal, la identificación y seguridad del recién nacido, las pesquisas neonatales, la lactancia en corresponsabilidad y la protección del sueño seguro.
Durante la jornada, el gobernador Gutiérrez, Peve, y las máximas autoridades sanitarias del país también intercambiaron miradas y estrategias en materia de trasplante de órganos y tejidos, vacunación, implementación de la Ley de los 1.000 Días e integración del sistema de salud para seguir avanzando en la construcción de consensos y objetivos en materia de gestión sanitaria.
