Un abuelo baleo a un vecino por una discusión en Concepción de la Sierra
Luego de una acalorada discusión en el Lote 61 de la localidad de Concepción de la Sierra, un hombre de 70 años habría baleado a su vecino de 47, quien estaría fuera de peligro. Ocurrió en la tarde de este jueves.
Cerca de las 19 horas de este jueves, los uniformados con prestación de servicio en la Comisaría de Concepción de la Sierra tomaron conocimiento de un altercado en el Lote 61 de la citada localidad misionera.
Según informaron fuentes policiales consultadas, tras una acalorada discusión, el propietario del Lote, identificado como Boni A. (70), efectuó un disparo de arma de fuego, tipo pistolón calibre 12, a su vecino Roque H. (47).
Al arribo policial, se trasladó a ambos al Hospital de área local, pero por la gravedad de las lesiones, se derivó a la víctima al nosocomio en Apóstoles, donde fue examinado por el médico en turno, quien diagnosticó “presenta lesión contuso cortante en cuero cabelludo, con rx de fractura de cráneo expuesta, herida cortante en mano, lesión contusa en hombro derecho”.
Mientras que el supuesto agresor, “presenta herida cortante en mejilla izquierda, herida superficial en dedo índice izquierdo”.
Por su parte, personal técnico de la Policía Científica UR-VII realizó pericias de rigor en el lugar del hecho, procediendo al secuestro de un arma de fuego, pistolón calibre 12 mm, conteniendo en su interior un cartucho servido. Además, incautaron un machete mango largo de madera sin marcas visibles.
A su vez, realizaron prueba de parafina al hombre de 70 años, quien permanece demorado en averiguación del hecho por orden del Juzgado de Instrucción Cuatro de Apóstoles.
