TERMINO LA VISTA GORDA | Secuestraron en Posadas 360 neumáticos valuados en 20 millones de pesos
Con órdenes de allanamiento del Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia posadeño, fueron secuestradas 360 cubiertas con valor estimado que supera los 19 millones de pesos. Fueron dos los operativos simultáneos, en un lavadero de vehículos de la avenida López Torres casi avenida Mariano Moreno (zona del Hospital Madariaga, Pediatría y Escuela de Enfermería) y en un taller y gomería de la avenida Maipú y Yerbal, a pocos metros de la avenida Uruguay.
Suele utilizarse la expresión ‘Hacer la vista gorda’ para referirse aquel que, aun siendo su responsabilidad y deber el vigilar o estar atento, finge disimuladamente no ver algo o se hace el despistado para que otros hagan alguna cosa (por ejemplo guarda de seguridad de un campo de fútbol se hace el despistado cuando alguien se cuela sin entrada o el progenitor que, siendo consciente de alguna trastada del hijo, hace ver que no se ha enterado).
En ambos lugares se secuestraron neumáticos sin documentación impositiva, ni registro de compra. La investigación se inició hace varias semanas en manos de los integrantes de la dirección regional aduanera mencionada.
Al menos dos personas fueron notificadas de la infracción a la ley 22.415 (Código Aduanero) y quedaron supeditadas a la citación del Juzgado Federal. La carga total quedó a resguardo de las fuerzas federales.
