Quedó habilitado el nuevo puente tipo militar provisorio sobre el arroyo Pindaytí
ALBA POSSE. VIERNES 1 DE JULIO 2022. Luego de seis días de intenso trabajo, 89 efectivos militares del Batallón de Ingenieros de Monte XII y personal de la Dirección Provincial de Vialidad concluyó el montaje del puente militar sobre la traza de la Ruta Provincial N.º 2 sobre el arroyo Pindaytí. Así, esta mañana, el gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad recorrió el nuevo paso provisorio que brindará respuesta inmediata, principalmente a los vecinos de Colonia Aurora y Alba Posse que hacen un uso permanente del tramo, hasta que quede inaugurado el puente definitivo que está en construcción.
En el lugar, en contacto con los soldados encargados de la instalación, el mandatario se interiorizó sobra la capacidad de la estructura provisoria y sobre las obras del puente nuevo que en 10 meses estará terminado. Allí fue acompañado por el presidente de la Dirección Provincial de Vialidad, Sebastián Macías; el intendente de Alba Posse, Lucas Gerhardt; sus pares de 25 de Mayo, Mario Lindemann y de Colonia Aurora, Carlos Goringel y el comandante de Brigada Monte XII, Coronel Sergio Jurczyszyn.
Posteriormente, Herrera Ahuad se trasladó a Campo Grande y junto al intendente Carlos Sartori y funcionarios del Ministerio de Defensa supervisó el avance de la prueba piloto del Plan Sanitario Integral SIMisiones, implementado conjuntamente por el municipio, el Ministerio de Salud Pública y el Ejército Argentino. Se montaron 9 tiendas de campañas que funcionan como hospitales modulares y bridan atención médica a la comunidad. El operativo comenzó el miércoles pasado y el primer día concurrieron 893 pacientes, el segundo día 2271 y hoy 400,
UNA JORNADA DE TRABAJO Y AGRADECIMIENTO
En su contacto con la prensa, Herrera Ahuad definió la jornada como de trabajo y agradecimiento al Ejército en nombre de los misioneros por la articulación y por la colaboración constante con su participación en diferentes acciones en el área social que encara la provincia, como el Plan Sanitario Integral SIMisiones, hoy en Campo Grande.
En otro aspecto, informó que se habilitó el tránsito sobre el arroyo Pindaytí y que dentro de una semana se firma el financiamiento definitivo con la Nación para la construcción del nuevo puente. Indicó que “para la región resuelve gran parte de la problemática. Hay que seguir trabajando en los otros arroyos y sus respectivos puentes, sobre los que ya se está haciendo un relevamiento por parte de la Dirección Provincial de Vialidad”. Agregó que se está insistiendo en otros proyectos de puentes sobre otros dos arroyos de Misiones para atender a las necesidades de transporte y comercio de la zona.
LOS AVANCES DE LA REUNIÓN CON EL NUEVO MINISTRO DE DESARROLLO PRODUCTIVO
Respecto de las gestiones encaradas ayer en Buenos Aires con Daniel Scioli, al frente a Desarrollo Productivo de Nación, destacó el buen diálogo con el funcionario desde su desempeño como embajador en Brasil y con el desarrollo de diversos proyectos productivos con empresas del país vecino. Además, resaltó el acuerdo para extender los beneficios del Ahora Misiones y los avances en la implementación del programa Ahora Alimentos. Sobre esta última iniciativa, comentó que comprenderá “productos de la canasta básica con una devolución del 21% durante los siete días a la semana”.
Igualmente, valoró positivamente el financiamiento para el desarrollo del proyecto oleoquímico de El Soberbio en el procesamiento de la citronela; como también, las líneas de crédito para la adquisición de secaderos de madera para aproximadamente 600 pequeños aserraderos de Misiones acelerando así cuestiones productivas y comerciales. Por lo demás, destacó el trabajo y el compromiso para normatizar el artículo 10 de la Ley Pymes, en la que se podría enmarcar el programa Ahora Alimentos. Por último, informó que nuevos créditos fueron autorizados ayer por el FONDEP (Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Productivo) para la provincia.
EL PUENTE MILITAR PROVISORIO
La estructura provisoria, visitada hoy por el Gobernador, se obtuvo luego de gestiones ante el Ministerio de Defensa y los trabajos se llevaron adelante con celeridad para dar una respuesta inmediata a los usuarios de la Ruta Provincial N.º 2, que hacen un uso permanente del tramo. El puente militar instalado es una estructura de servicio segura y quedará en uso por el tiempo que dure la obra del nuevo paso definitivo. El mismo tiene una extensión de 56 metros, es un puente tipo táctico M4T6 con capacidad de paso de vehículos de hasta 20 toneladas.
Cuenta con la ventaja de fluctuar, por lo que las variantes de altura del nivel del agua no lo inhabilitarían, siempre que no se den situaciones extraordinarias y se mantenga el promedio normal del caudal del arroyo. Es un puente de una sola vía y habrá personal que controlará que el tránsito se dé de forma organizada. Para ello un equipo de cinco efectivos estará permanentemente viviendo en tiendas de campaña para el mantenimiento diario de este: como el inflado de pontones, entre otros.
Mientras tanto, en el lugar Vialidad Provincial trabaja en la construcción del puente definitivo, para lo cual se obtuvo el compromiso del gobierno nacional de aportar el financiamiento como parte de los recursos que le corresponden a Misiones. La obra tiene un plazo estipulado en 10 meses.
