El lunes pasado, Jorge Daniel Lepisto, un chófer profesional que trabaja para una empresa local, se acercó a la Municipalidad de Oberá con el fin de renovar su licencia de conducir, ya que esta se encontraba próxima a vencer. Sin embargo, se llevó una sorpresa al descubrir que había una infracción registrada en el sistema de la dirección de tránsito relacionada con su motocicleta personal. La infracción, identificada como «código 900», indicaba que había sido cometida el 25-04-2022 a las 00:00 horas en el kilómetro 875 de la Ruta Nacional 14, y que el motivo era «sin correajes cond y/o acomp.», con un importe de $28.100.
Jorge quedó asombrado por esta especificación, ya que resultaba imposible que se le hubiera emitido una multa por no llevar cinturones de seguridad en una motocicleta. Al consultar en la Municipalidad, le informaron que se trataba de una multa digital y que debía resolverlo a través de WhatsApp comunicándose con un número de Posadas perteneciente a la U.A.C.I., que es la unidad encargada de administrar y controlar las infracciones en la provincia. Javier López, corresponsal de MisionesCuatro en la zona centro, reportó esta situación.
El malestar de Daniel es comprensible, y está muy preocupado por el perjuicio que esta falsa infracción puede causarle en su trabajo como repartidor, en caso de no resolverse rápidamente desde la institución correspondiente. Su esposa, Mercedes, manifestó la necesidad de una respuesta inmediata, ya que si Jorge no renueva su licencia de conducir, se verá impedido de realizar su labor en la empresa y podría perder su empleo.
Hasta el momento, la Municipalidad de Oberá no ha proporcionado ninguna respuesta al respecto. «Incluso le escribí al Intendente Pablo Hassan para que intervenga, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta», comentó Jorge, quien se siente afectado por esta situación injusta.
El acta «digital», que aparentemente solo busca fines recaudatorios, no cuenta con una fotografía adjunta como evidencia. Esto no es sorprendente, ya que en el lugar detallado (Km 875) de la infracción no existe ningún cinemómetro. Además, no existe ninguna disposición en la Ley Nacional de Tránsito que requiera el uso de cinturones de seguridad en motocicletas (fuente: MisionesCuatro).
