Los videos clave con los que la Justicia reconstruye el abuso grupal en Plaza Serrano
En las filmaciones puede verse cuando la víctima es llevada al Volkswagen Gol Blanco junto a uno de los acusados. Los peritos buscan determinar, a través de las imágenes, cuál fue el rol que tuvo cada uno de los seis imputados en el hecho.
Al menos siete videos de diversas cámaras de seguridad que captaron los momentos previos, concomitantes y posteriores, son prueba clave con la que cuenta la Justicia para reconstruir la violación en grupo ocurrida el lunes pasado en el barrio porteño de Palermo y determinar qué rol tuvo cada uno de los seis imputados en el hecho.
La primera de las filmaciones con las que cuenta el juez Marcos Fernández, a cargo del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 21, es la que se observa al Volkswagen Gol color blanco transitando por la avenida Córdoba con dirección hacia la calle Serrano.
Según informaron fuentes policiales, gracias al Anillo Digital se pudo detectar que el vehículo pasó por la intersección de la calle Sánchez de Bustamante a las 3.53 de la madrugada del 28 de febrero y continuó por la avenida Córdoba, siempre en dirección a la calle Serrano, en el barrio de Palermo Soho.
Según la reconstrucción realizada por Télam, los jóvenes fueron registrados al mediodía en la zona de Plaza Serrano, donde una cámara del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU) de la Policía de la Ciudad captó el momento en el que uno de los acusados se acerca con la víctima.
Allí se ve cuándo se reúnen con el resto de los jóvenes y luego parten para dirigirse supuestamente hacía el vehículo donde ocurrió el abuso, indicaron las fuentes.
Otro de los videos es una toma de las 12.29 dada a conocer recientemente de una cámara de seguridad del bar Diggs, ubicado en la calle Serrano al 1.500.
En él se observa a la joven pasar abrazada a uno de los acusados, presuntamente Ángel Ramos, quien vestía una remera gris y una gorra verde.
En esa secuencia compuesta por tres videos de diversas cámaras del comercio, se ve que los jóvenes estaban acompañados de otros de los imputados, quienes se cree que son Tomás Domínguez y Alexis Cuzzoni.
En dicha filmación se observa cómo la víctima caminaba con dificultad e intercambiando unas palabras con uno de sus acompañantes.
Un sexto videoclave es una de las primeras filmaciones del hecho realizada por un vecino de la zona que tomó el momento exacto en el que los imputados fueron increpados por un comerciante de la zona, quien llamó al 911 y alertó de la situación, y rescató a la joven que pudo bajar del automóvil Volkswagen Gol.
En él se registra como uno de los jóvenes, presuntamente Domínguez, manosea a la víctima, quien visiblemente se encuentra bajo los efectos de alguna sustancia. Las imágenes también captan a Cuzzoni y Ramos y a dos jóvenes más que hasta el momento no están vinculados a la investigación.
“La chica ingresó con el chico vestido todo de negro (Cuzzoni). Compraron unas cervezas y empezaron a consumirlas. Luego llegaron los otros muchachos. Se la veía a la chica fuera de sí, pero no me imaginé que iba a pasar algo como esto”, dijo Jonatan, dueño del kiosco donde quedó registrado el paso de los jóvenes y su víctima.
El hombre contó que luego de que rompieran una mesa, les pidió que se retiraran del lugar. “La chica no estaba para nada bien. Hablé con ella porque me pidió pasar al baño y se le patinaban las letras y se tambaleaba. Ellos estaban en perfectas condiciones. Estuvieron cerca de una hora”, expresó, y agregó que para él “no fue algo que se dio casualmente”.
El séptimo video que se conoce del hecho es una de las primeras filmaciones realizada por un vecino de la zona que tomó el momento exacto en el que los imputados fueron increpados por un comerciante de la zona, quien llamó al 911 y alertó de la situación, y rescató a la joven que pudo bajar del automóvil Volkswagen Gol.
Finalmente, el traslado de los seis acusados quedó registrado a través de los celulares de varios presentes, quienes insultaron a los jóvenes cuando eran subidos a los patrulleros de la Comisaría Vecinal 14A.
