La madre de Nahir Galarza sostuvo que el padre mató a Fernando Pastorizzo: «Le creo a mi hija»
Yamina Kroh aseguró que le cree a su hija acerca de la última versión que pone como asesino de Fernando Pastorizzo a Marcelo Galarza, su ex marido. Kroh recibirá un botón antipánico luego de denunciar violencia de género por parte del padre de Nahir.
Yamina Kroh, madre de Nahir Galarza, declaró en las últimas horas en la Unidad Fiscal de Violencia de Género, en Paraná, luego de que su hija acusara a su padre Marcelo Galarza por el asesinato de Fernando Pastorizzo y la denuncia fuera desestimada.
Según informó Infobae, el pasado lunes Yamina Kroh se presentó a declarar y sostuvo que le cree a Nahir, que fue su ex pareja el verdadero culpable por el asesinato de Fernando Pastorizzo, ocurrido el 30 de diciembre de 2017 en Gualeguaychú: «Creo en lo que dice mi hija Nahir, que quien mató a Pastorizzo fue su padre«.
Los padres de la joven se habrían separado luego de que Nahir apuntara a su padre como el asesino de Fernando. «Yo sufría violencia de género de parte de mi marido, pero cuando pasó lo de Nahir las cosas cambiaron. Logré imponerme. Le creo a mi hija, aunque todo esto es muy duro para mí», contó Yamina ante fiscalía.
Sin embargo, la acusación de Galarza contra su padre fue desestimada. «Agradezco que hayan sido tan previsibles, no esperaba otra cosa de una Justicia machista como la de Entre Ríos», comentó Hermida Leyenda al respecto.
Además, la abogada penalista agregó que la justicia, a través del Juzgado de Ejecución y Medidas de Seguridad de Gualeguaychú, tomó medidas para proteger la integridad física de las dos mujeres luego de que Nahir confesara lo sucedido: «Le dieron a Yamina un botón antipánico y se le dará seguridad a Nahir en la cárcel, donde cumple cadena perpetua por un crimen que no cometió«. Leyenda también aseguró que Nahir le había pedido que cuidara de su mamá «porque en la familia de mi papa son casi todos policías».
Y agregó: «Que se desestimara la denuncia era una de las posibilidades. Ellos no dicen que no existió el hecho, sino que no pueden investigarlo (…) De todos modos, resulta contradictorio que no hubieran aceptado la denuncia contra Galarza por el crimen de Pastorizzo y al mismo tiempo dictaminaran que Galarza no puede acercarse a la familia y ya esté en manos de su ex esposa un botón antipánico».
Desestimaron la denuncia contra Marcelo Galarza
Según informó Télam, la fiscalía de la ciudad de Gualeguaychú desestimó la denuncia hecha por Nahir Galarza contra su padre Marcelo, considerando que el asesinato de Fernando Pastorizzo ya fue analizado en muchas instancias judiciales.
El dictamen fiscal sostuvo: «Se debe proceder a la desestimación in límine en relación a lo expresado de que sería Sr. Marcelo Galarza -padre de Nahir- el autor del homicidio de Fernando Pastorizzo, por haber sido tratado ese evento y ventilado en Juicio Oral y Público, y confirmado en diversas instancias superiores y estar a lo que resuelva la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación».
También se desestimó con los mismos argumentos la defensa de Nahir, a cargo de la letrada Raquel Hermida Leyenda, el cual apuntaba a una posible «acuerdo espurio» entre el primer abogado de Nahir, Victor Rebossio, y el fiscal de la causa, Sergio Rondoni Caffa. No obstante, sí se dio lugar a la acusación de la joven hacia un familiar por abuso sexual.
