En las próximas horas, comenzará a la ronda testimonial en el marco de la instrucción de la causa por la muerte de Sebastián Ferreyra, ocurrida el pasado 21 de mayo, sobre la avenida Aconcagua, en cercanías al ex hospital. El joven fallecido iba como acompañante en una motocicleta, que fue chocada por una camioneta de uso oficial conducida por el diputado provincial Martín Sereno.
Hasta el momento, no hay fecha fijada para la audiencia indagatoria al legislador ante el juez de la causa, Roberto Sena. En tanto, las fuentes del caso señalaron que también será citado a declarar Luciano, el conductor de la motocicleta en la que viajaba la víctima. Este joven, de 18 años, por el momento tiene la misma imputación que el diputado.
Cabe recordar que se realizó la exhumación del cuerpo de Sebastián y se determinó que su pecho y cráneo fueron aplastado por la camioneta. Además, en la rueda quedaron restos de sangre.
Se espera que con los informes periciales y técnicos de la Policía de Misiones el juez pueda establecer la mecánica del hecho. También se esperan los testimonios que se agregarán al expediente.
Limitan el uso de vehículos oficiales
Luego de que Martín Sereno, protagonizara dos siniestros viales conduciendo camionetas de la Cámara de Representantes, el último de ellos, matando a un joven, se conoció una circular con nuevas reglas para el uso de los vehículos oficiales del Poder Legislativo provincial.
La circular nº 13, del 31 de mayo de este año, que lleva la firma del Secretario Legislativo Jorge Peroni, señala entre otros puntos que “todo vehículo deberá guardarse, todos los días de la semana, hasta las 21 hs. o aún antes si finalizó su uso oficial diario, en el sitio designado”.
