Para evitar esta situación, se recomienda a los ciudadanos que se acerquen regularizar su situación y que se informen de los beneficios de las moratorias vigentes.
La Municipalidad de Posadas comenzará a intimar a los contribuyentes que son considerados deudores del tributo de la Tasa General de Inmuebles.
A través del pago de este gravamen, el vecino tiene como «principal beneficio» la prestación de servicios públicos que son esenciales para el mantenimiento y crecimiento de la ciudad.
Acciones como barrido, limpieza, recolección de residuos, riego, mejora y mantenimiento de plazas, parques, paseos y lagunas, conservación arreglo de cordones cunetas y zanjas; mantenimiento de calles y caminos de tierra; reparación, conservación de pavimentos y empedrados; higiene sanidad y asistencia pública son brindados en forma diaria o periódica por parte de la comuna posadeña.
Asimismo, desde la Dirección de Inmuebles recuerdan que hasta el 30 de junio tiene vigencia el régimen de recuperación y regularización de deudas (moratoria).
En tanto, los pensionados, jubilados y personas con discapacidad, que tengan intención de regularizar sus deudas en este tributo, son beneficiados con quita de intereses del 100%, hasta en 60 cuotas. Para aquellos Contribuyentes que opten por pago de contado, obtienen el 50% de descuento en los intereses. Mientras que, aquellos que desean realizar el pago en cuotas, obtienen el 20% de descuento de los intereses hasta en 6 cuotas y 10% de descuento en los intereses hasta en 12 cuotas.
Para agilizar el trámite, el vecino podrá obtener las boletas de la Tasa General de Inmuebles ingresando con su Partida Inmobiliaria en el siguiente link: https://sistema.posadas.gov.ar/mp_sistemas/autogestion/consultatasageneralinmueble
