El intendente Luis Ripoll puso a sus funcionarios a disposición de la familia y, con un trabajo a conciencia, se construyó una nueva vivienda en el barrio Horacio Quiroga, donde además Sonia será la titular del lote.
Tras recibir la vivienda, Noelia Sosa agradeció al jefe comunal y a los funcionarios que se ocuparon de su situación. «Estoy agradecida por la casita que tengo y ahora a seguir adelante», expresó la beneficiaria.
La mujer aclaró que «estaba muy confusa en su momento. Me hacían muchas preguntas de los medios y pensé que me estaban mintiendo, pero hoy veo que es una realidad (la vivienda). Es por eso que agradezco al Intendente y a todos los que se preocuparon por ayudarme en lo que podían».
Por su parte, el director General de Tierras y Dominio de Garupá, Alejandro Bustamante, explicó: «Se realiza la entrega del lote con la casa terminada con los servicios de luz, agua, y el permiso de ocupación definitiva que garantiza que Noelia es dueña del lugar».
Destacó que la reubicación y la construcción de la vivienda son producto de la decisión del intendente Luis Ripoll, quien solicitó intervenir para dar una solución a la familia. «Hoy logramos lo que se ve, sin hacer mucha publicidad ni política. Lo importante es que ahora la familia se siente protegida y están en lo suyo», subrayó Bustamante.
