Sin esposas, fue escoltado por un uniformado hasta la oficina del Juez Monte, donde recibió la notificación de su excarcelación y fue puesto en libertad.
Al salir del edificio judicial, Pissani optó por no hacer declaraciones, pero adelantó que ofrecerá una conferencia de prensa en los próximos días, donde se espera que brinde su versión de los hechos. Mientras tanto, el empresario seguirá siendo parte del expediente y estará sujeto al proceso judicial en curso por las acusaciones de agresión.
