Detectaron residuos de metanfetaminas en la víctima de la violación en grupo
«Refuerza la hipótesis de que algo le dieron, de que la drogaron para dejarla en el estado de vulnerabilidad del que después se aprovecharon para abusar de ella», aseguró una fuente vinculada a la causa a Télam. Las pericias realizadas a los detenidos arrojaron rastros de cocaína, marihuana y benzodiacepinas, pero no anfetaminas.
La víctima de la violación en grupo cometida hace nueve días en el barrio porteño de Palermo tenía residuos de marihuana, metanfetaminas y anfetaminas en su organismo, según revelaron los últimos peritajes toxicológicos de la causa, y en las últimas horas una testigo declaró que en el «after» donde la chica conoció a sus abusadores, el grupo de imputados hacía circular un trago mezclado con pastillas de «meta», informaron fuentes judiciales.
Si bien ya se conocía que la víctima tenía en sangre un dosaje de 1,3 gramos de alcohol, fuentes de la investigación revelaron a Télam que también llegaron al expediente los resultados sobre el análisis de la muestra de orina aportada por la joven de 20 años.
Los peritos le informaron al juez en lo Criminal y Correccional 21, Marcos Fernández, que allí se detectaron restos de “marihuana, metanfetaminas y anfetaminas”.
«Lo único que en su declaración la víctima reconoció haber consumido esa madrugada es alcohol y marihuana. La presencia de metanfetaminas y anfetaminas en su orina refuerza la hipótesis de que algo le dieron, de que la drogaron para dejarla en el estado de vulnerabilidad del que después se aprovecharon para abusar de ella«, dijo a Télam una fuente judicial vinculada a la causa.
La sospecha de que los acusados drogaron a la víctima con algo que ellos no consumieron también quedó avalada por los resultados de los peritajes toxicológicos realizados a los seis detenidos.

Fuente judicial
Se trata de un informe remitido en las últimas horas por el área de Toxicología y Química Legal de la Superintendencia de Policía Científica de la Policía de la Ciudad, en el que se dieron los resultados de los análisis a las muestras de orina extraídas a los acusados de la violación de la joven de 20 años.
Del reporte se desprende que los imputados Thomas Fabián Domínguez, Steven Alexis Cuzzoni e Ignacio Retondo dieron positivo en cocaína y marihuana; Ángel Pascual Ramos solo en cocaína; Franco Jesús Lykan en marihuana y benzodiacepinas; y Lautaro Dante Ciongo Pasotti solo en marihuana.
El mismo laboratorio de la Policía de la Ciudad analizó la sangre de los seis imputados y reportó que los únicos dos acusados que tenían rastros de alcohol en sangre era Retondo, con un dosaje de 0,21 gramos por cada litro de sangre, y Lykan, con 0,19.
Ninguno de ellos tenía rastros de metanfetaminas o anfetaminas que sí fueron encontrados en la víctima.
La declaración de la testigo
Una fuente judicial contó que el martes declaró como testigo en el expediente una joven que estuvo con el grupo de los seis imputados en el «Ro Tecno Bar», el «after» donde conocieron a la víctima.
Lo relevante de esta testigo, según las fuentes consultadas, es que afirmó que el grupo de abusadores circulaba en el bar con un vaso con una bebida a la que le pusieron «algo» y cuando le preguntaron por precisiones dijo que era un trago «con meta», en referencia a metanfetaminas.
La testigo no pudo de todas maneras precisar si la víctima del abuso consumió de ese vaso, aunque sí ratificó que los imputados circulaban con esa bebida.
Además, dijo que conocía a los seis acusados porque ella, que trabaja en la barra de un bar de la zona, es amiga de una exnovia de Thomas Fabián Domínguez (21).
Siempre según las fuentes, explicó que hay como dos grupos que se conocen entre sí, por un lado Domínguez y Steven Alexis Cuzzoni (20), y por el otro Lautaro Dante Ciongo Pasotti (24), Ángel Pascual Ramos (23), Franco Jesús Lykan (24) e Ignacio Retondo (22).
Sobre estos últimos cuatro, dijo que eran «gente muy violenta que abusa del alcohol y de las drogas» y que «siempre andan juntos y llevan una guitarra», según confiaron las fuentes.
La violación grupal
El hecho ocurrió el feriado del pasado lunes 28 de febrero por la tarde, a plena luz del día, en la calle Serrano al 1300, en Palermo Soho, donde una pareja de panaderos y otro vecino intervinieron al ver que dentro de un auto Volkswagen Gol estacionado junto a la vereda abusaban en grupo de una chica.
Mientras cuatro de los imputados -Ramos, Ciongo Pasotti, Cuzzoni y Lykan-, estaban dentro del auto con la víctima, los otros dos -Domínguez y Retondo-, cantaban y tocaban la guitarra en la vereda, en una maniobra que se cree era de distracción y para actuar de «campana».
La joven violada, de 20 años, reconoció por fotos a quienes abusaron sexualmente de ella, dijo que aún siente terror y angustia por lo que le sucedió y sostuvo que, como consecuencia del ataque, padeció secuelas físicas.
En su declaración, la víctima dijo que conoció a cinco de los seis detenidos (al restante lo vio en la calle, luego) ese mismo día en el «Ro Tecno Bar», situado en la calle Thames al 1600, al que llegó pasadas las 5 de la mañana junto a un amigo, y que horas más tarde salió con el grupo rumbo a una plaza de la calle Soler, donde compraron y tomaron cerveza y que luego de tomar esas latas no recuerda nada, hasta despertarse en el hospital.
Varios videos de cámaras de seguridad de la Policía y de comercios, captaron al grupo llegando al mediodía con la chica ya tambaleante y en un evidente estado de intoxicación, a seguir bebiendo en la Plaza Serrano y en un kiosco cercano, donde se ve un primer abuso, luego la llevaron al auto donde se produjo la violación en grupo.
