#ConflictoDocente: El Presidente del Consejo General de Educación cobrará $285.870 de sueldo mientras los docentes recibirán $1.310 de aumento
La agrupación dio a conocer el salario que cobra el presidente de Consejo General de Educación, Alberto Galarza y el aumento que recibirá: Actualmente Galarza cobra 275.744 pesos y con el aumento firmado por UDPM, pasará a percibir 285.870 pesos, es decir, un incremento de 10.126 pesos, mientras que un docente con 25 años de trabajo que cobra 78.663 pesos, recibirá un aumento de sólo 1.310 pesos.
Atienda bien colega: ESTO ES UNA DE LAS PEORES ESTAFAS QUE LE HARÁN A LA DOCENCIA EN SU HISTORIA. De consumarse el pasaje del código 775 al básico elevando el mismo a $21352, éste será el resultado. Ya se lo decíamos: EL DE ABAJO SUBSIDIA AL DE ARRIBA.¿25 años de servicio para qué, para tener miserables $1310 más en el bolsillo? Los recién iniciados no verán un centavo de aumento de bolsillo por el esquema de garantía. Pero los que están bien arriba siguen haciendo la diferencia y pisan con su bota a los más castigados. ESTO NO HACE MÁS QUE CONSOLIDAR UN ESQUEMA DISTORSIVO E INJUSTO. ¡Solo la lucha pondrá las cosas en su lugar! ¡Vamos a dar vuelta la tortilla!
El viernes, sobre la Ruta Nacional 14, Km 13 frente a EMSA de Oberá, se realizó la Asamblea Provincial del Frente de Trabajadores de la Educación en Lucha, con una nutrida convocatoria que incluyó a las organizaciones de AUTOCONVOCADOS, ATE, UDNAM, UTEM-CTAA, CONTI SANTORO TRIBUNA DOCENTE Y MAREA BLANCA .
Comunicado:
- La misma se desarrollo sobre la ruta tal lo aprobado en la Asamblea de Jardín América.
- En un primer momento se mociona un minuto de silencio por las víctimas de los países en guerra y por la paz.
- Luego, el conjunto de trabajadores de la educación procedió a brindar un análisis de situación por zonas e informes de las actividades realizadas como así también la continuidad del plan de lucha .
- Durante el desarrollo de la asamblea se recibió una propuesta alternativa del gobierno que consistía en incorporar el adicional 775 al básico a partir del mes de Marzo, la misma fue rechazada por unanimidad por la asamblea por considerarla insuficiente y discriminatoria ya que una vez más castiga al maestro de grado que con ésta incorporación no verá reflejado en su recibo nominalmente ningún tipo de aumento.
- La asamblea decidió de forma unánime llamar al Continuidad del plan de lucha convocando a un paro de *72 hs sin asistencia a los lugares de trabajo los días Lunes 07, Martes 08 y Miércoles 09 de Marzo con la posibilidad de extenderlo por 48 hs más si no hay una reapertura de la discusión salarial. Fechas para las que se decidieron las siguientes acciones:
- – ,*Lunes 07/03 y Martes 08/03 acciones locales y zonales con autonomía en la acción.
- Miércoles 09/03 MOVILIZACIÓN PROVINCIAL EN Peaje Santa Ana, concentrando a las 6:00 am allí se realizará una Asamblea sobre Ruta 12 , para evaluar acciones locales , declarándonos en estado de alerta a la espera de un llamado al diálogo por porte de las autoridades educativas si esto no sucede si aún la sensibilidad del patrón no se traduce en búsqueda de alternativa válidas para atender el reclamo de los 33.000 mil docentes en lucha dispuestos a defender su salario, se ejecutará la segunda parte del plan de lucha con una nueva convocatoria a paro sin asistencia los días Jueves 10/03 y Viernes 11/ 03, con las siguientes acciones :
- Viernes 11 CONCENTRACIONPROVINCIAL sobre puente GARUPÁ.
- Esta Asamblea repudia la presencia mas de cien efectivos de la Fuerza Policial y Gendarmería Nacional y bomberos voluntarios , utilizados por el gobierno como método de intimidación, es lamentable que sea política del Estado Provincial utilizar a trabajadores para intimidar a otros trabajadores, abriendo la posibilidad de quebrantar la paz social. Dejamos en claro que no somos delincuentes , somos trabajadores de la educación con la tremenda responsabilidad de formar a las futuras generaciones , que QUEREMOS ESTAR EN NUESTRAS ESCUELAS, pero una vez más el gobierno nos empuja a las rutas.
- Esta Asamblea además repudia enérgicamente el accionar de Supervisores, directivos, Directora de Enseñanza que siguen con el viejo método de apriete, violando sistemáticamente los derechos constitucionales y estatutarios, persiguiendo al colega cercenando su derecho a huelga en defensa de su salario. Deben entender que se terminó la época de apriete y sumisión vamos a ejercer la defensa del colega hasta las últimas consecuencias, en este sentido deben saber que TOCAN A UNO Y REACCIONAMOS TODOS.
- Siendo el 8 de Marzo DÍA DE LA MUJER TRABAJADORA, exigimos ante el reclamo de LAS MAESTRAS DE GRADO, mayoritariamente mujeres dentro del Sistema Educativo, RECONOCER SALARIALMENTE su tarea, en lugar de postergadas.
- Con una voluntad unánime de lograr un futuro de dignidad para la educación misionera, sostenemos que el único camino es la lucha en unidad y con firmeza, por lo que instamos a todos los trabajadores de la educación de la provincia a ser partícipes activos de las distintas acciones que nos permitirán volver a triunfar. La masividad y la contundencia son cruciales en estas horas de definiciones.
