La Policía de Misiones detuvo a un un hombre de 33 años sindicado como el autor de la agresión fatal a Rubén Orlando Ayala (59) cuyo cuerpo fue hallado en el interior de su bar pool, en el paraje 9 de Alba Posse. La víctima tenía una lesión profunda en la cabeza, presuntamente producto de un golpe. El homicidio resultó tras una discusión entre una mujer, su ex pareja y su actual novio.
Anoche alrededor de las 20:50, un llamado de emergencias alertó a la patrulla policial sobre un supuesto altercado con heridos dentro un bar pool del Paraje 9. Una vez en el local, los efectivos encontraron el cuerpo sin vida de quien era dueño del negocio.
Se preservó el lugar para que la Policía Científica realice las pericias. El médico policial que examinó al fallecido estableció que presentaba politraumatismos en su rostro, con aplastamiento facial craneal.
De acuerdo a la reconstrucción preliminar, momentos antes la víctima habría tenido un conflicto con una mujer, aparentemente su ex pareja, y con un hombre que la acompañaba.
El Juzgado interviniente ordenó la detención del sospechoso que se encuentra internado en el hospital local con custodia policial. Sobre el motivo de su internación, se estableció que el mismo tiene una herida de arma de fuego supuestamente por un disparo de Ayala. Llamativamente el arma utilizado todavía no fue hallado.
Por su parte se espera el resultado final de la autopsia y también se dispuso la localización de la mujer quien resulta de interés para el esclarecimiento del crimen.
