AFIP impulsa el cambio de tickeadoras fiscales y los comercios invitan a “trabajar en negro”
Con los comercios aun recuperando pérdidas, el gobierno nacional les impuso un nuevo e innecesario gasto. “El consejo es que no trabajen en blanco, trabajen en sus casas y hagan todo en negro”, aseguró un comerciante, en un video que se viralizó en las redes.
A pesar de los cuatro años de recesión económica y los dos de pandemia, el gobierno nacional continúa ejerciendo presión sobre los comerciantes. Casualmente, se trata de uno de los rubros más castigados por la cuarentena impuesta por el presidente Alberto Fernández, dado que la mayoría pasó a un escenario de facturación cero, pero manteniendo la base de su estructura de costos.
Lejos de ofrecer un auxilio impositivo, el gobierno nacional decidió presionar aún más las debilitadas arcas de los comerciantes. En efecto, la AFIP de Mercedes Marcó del Pont impulsó la incorporación de un nuevo chip para las máquinas tickeadoras fiscales, por lo que todos los comercios deberán modificar sus equipos.
La iniciativa despertó la bronca de los comerciantes. Uno de ellos publicó un video casero que se viralizó rápidamente en las redes. “Hace dos o tres meses me rompieron todos los vidrios, por lo que tuve que cambiar todo. Un buen gasto. Hoy, tres meses después, me vuelven a chorear. ¿Pero quién me chorea ahora? El estado”, asegura el comerciante.
“Mi tickeadora fiscal la pagué 40 mil pesos. Hoy me llama el contador y me dice ‘tenés que cambiar la tickeadora fiscal’, y le digo que no, que funciona. Y el contador me dice que por una disposición de la AFIP, todos tenemos que cambiar los equipos para que emitan ticket con QR”, relató el damnificado.
“¿Qué hago con la tickeadora mía?”, se preguntó. “El contador me dijo que la tire, que ya no sirve para nada”, aseguró indignado. “Consejo que le doy a alguien que quiera hacer cosas en el país. Hagan cosas desde su casa, no blanqueen nada, y no traten de hacer las cosas bien, porque si hay algo que este país no premia, es a los que intentan hacer las cosas bien”.
Según supo REALPOLITIK, cada aparato tiene un costo base de 86 mil pesos, aunque la mayoría se consigue a valores más caros, superando los 100 mil pesos por cada tickeadora. Casi como una burla, el Banco Nación ofrece créditos de hasta 100 mil para el recambio de controlador fiscal, pero prácticamente ningún comercio puede cumplir los requisitos. De acuerdo a la letra chica, el interesado no puede haber tenido problemas con la pandemia, no debe tener deudas previsionales y debe contar previamente con una cuenta en la entidad bancaria.
