“Accedió a nuestra cuenta bancaria y nos sacó $90.000″: unas veinte personas denuncian que fueron estafadas en un local de reparación de celulares
Posadas: Uno de los damnificados, realizó la denuncia policial mencionando que llevó su teléfono celular para un cambio de módulo a un local de reparación conocido como “Ge tus tec”, ubicado en calle San Lorenzo 2521 del microcentro posadeño. En total tuvo una pérdida de más de $100 mil.
El arreglo del aparato electrónico tenía un costo de $13 mil, los cuales fueron abonados desde el primer momento. La pareja de una de las víctimas relató a este medio que “En teoría el arreglo era para un cambio de módulo, abonamos el total y nos dijeron que busquemos a la tarde. De ahí nos estiraron para el otro día y nos pidieron el PIN del teléfono, cosa que nos pareció raro. El local siempre estaba cerrado”.
Pasado el fin de semana, notaron un extraño movimiento en sus cuentas bancarias, con un débito por encima de los $90 mil. “Mi novio se fijo sus cuentas bancarias y le habían debitado plata a través de mercado pago. Empezamos a mirar los movimientos del celular y descubrimos que el tipo andaba por todo Posadas prácticamente”.
Al llegar al local en cuestión, la pareja se encontró con varias personas instaladas fuera del lugar. “Nos encontramos con un montón de personas y creamos un grupo de whatsapp. A todos les pasaba lo mismo, no le encontraban al técnico”.
Sin obtener respuesta alguna, los damnificados se pusieron en contacto con los vecinos de alrededores del local en cuestión para así poder obtener información sobre los supuestos estafadores. “Nos pusimos en contacto con una persona que estaba por la zona y le pedimos que nos avise si el local abría o no. Nos comunicaron después que durante la madrugada fueron al lugar a sacar cosas”.
Las sospechas incrementaron cuando lograron comunicarse con los implicados, quienes los citaron en un lugar extraño. “Un jueves me responden y me dicen que me van a devolver el teléfono pero no en el local porque no tenían la llave supuestamente, era todo un verso. Me devolvieron el teléfono en las mismas condiciones que lo deje pero reseteado”.
Luego, los vecinos del microcentro comunicaron que el local estaba abierto, por lo que decidieron acercarse, dando aviso a los demás perjudicados como así también a las autoridades policiales. “El técnico nunca apareció. Hicimos la denuncia en Defensa del Consumidor, en la Seccional Primera y en los Bancos”.
Al momento de radicar la denuncia, el abogado del implicado arriba al lugar y entrega a los efectivos de la fuerza un total de cuarenta y ocho teléfonos celulares, que pertenecían a la veintena de damnificados por el estafador. “A nosotros nos devolvieron el teléfono así como estaba, y habíamos pagado el arreglo completo”.
