Como en una escena de la película Relatos Salvajes, un grupo de jóvenes en Córdoba intentó resistirse a un control policial. Así, arrastraron en el capot del vehículo a dos efectivos. El conductor del auto y dos acompañantes terminaron detenidos.
El violento episodio ocurrió ayer domingo 25 de diciembre, minutos antes de las 11 de la mañana en la intersección de las calles Rafael Núñez y Hugo Wast, en el barrio Cerro de las Rosas, al noroeste de la capital provincial, cuando miembros de la Policía de Córdoba solicitaron a un joven a bordo de un Volkswagen Gol Trend de color gris que detenga su marcha. Le pidieron revisar la documentación correspondiente y que se someta a un control de alcoholemia.
Todavía se desconocen los motivos por los cuales los acusados intentaron evadir a las fuerzas de seguridad. Varias filmaciones dan cuenta del hecho, incluso hay un video realizado por una de las personas que se encontraba dentro del vehículo. La mujer, que se encontraba de acompañante, registró con su smartphone el momento en el que el suboficial Raúl Córdoba junto con otros dos agentes le solicitaron al conductor que descienda del auto.
En el video se escucha como dos de los tres jóvenes se negaban a bajar. “¿Qué delito? No estamos haciendo nada malo, no robamos no hicimos nada”, se escucha decir a una de las chicas; mientras que otra, con una postura racional, acota: “Bajemos, no quiero meterme en esta, preguntale qué estamos haciendo”. “No estamos haciendo nada malo”, le responde el conductor a su amiga. Por su parte, la otra acompañante reafirma la voluntad de negarse a descender del vehículo: “Coral, no te bajes porque es peligroso”.

En ese momento se desata el violento accionar del conductor. Decide acelerar y embestir contra dos de los tres policías, que para evitar ser atropellados se sostienen del capot del auto y de uno de los limpiaparabrisas. Pese a que uno de los efectivos le implora a los gritos que se detenga, el joven decide acelerar su marcha y la acompañante avala el gesto: “Dale, vámonos a la mierda”.
Otro móvil policial interrumpió la huida y obligó al hombre a frenar su vehículo. Allí, uno de los oficiales que fue arrastrado rompió a golpes de puño el parabrisas del Volkswagen Gol.
El subdirector general de seguridad de Córdoba Capital Norte, el comisario mayor Víctor Di Stéfano, afirmó que los tres jóvenes quedaron detenidos en un destacamento local, acusados de un doble delito.
“Las tres personas que viajaban en el vehículo eran mayores de edad. Una vez que los efectivos pudieron detener el vehículo y sacar del auto a estas personas, que no querían bajarse, se procedió a la aprehensión y el traslado a los Tribunales de la ciudad. Quedaron a disposición de la fiscalía, acusados por los delitos de resistencia a la autoridad y lesiones”, aseguró Di Stéfano, en declaraciones a Infobae.
“Los dos policías que terminaron encima del capot tuvieron que ser hospitalizados, ambos con traumatismos en sus miembros inferiores. Si bien sus vidas no corren peligro, todavía no fueron dados de alta”, completó el comisario mayor.
La autoridad policial confirmó que el conductor del vehículo fue sometido a un test de alcoholemia después del incidentes por parte de representantes de medicina legal de la Policía Judicial, pero que los resultados del mismo fueron entregados a la fiscalía y se mantienen en reserva.
El periodista Andrés Ferreyra compartió en su cuenta de Twitter otros videos del hecho tomados desde distintos lugares. En uno de ellos se ve como el auto va tomando velocidad arrastrando a los policías frente a la mirada de decenas de testigos de los cuales algunos de manera inexplicable se ríen de lo sucedido. Un tercer registro fílmico muestra el final de la escena cuando, ya sin escapatoria, el joven es descendido del auto y reducido por tres oficiales de la Policía cordobesa.

Según informó La Voz de Córdoba, el conductor fue identificado como Lautaro Ordónez, de 20 años; y sus acompañantes son Abril Aresca (21) y Tiziana Aresca (19). Las jóvenes son hijas de Gabriela Eugenia Moreira, funcionaria judicial de la provincia, que se desempeña en la Cámara en lo criminal y correccional de cuarta nominación de la Justicia de Córdoba, quien se acercó al lugar de los hechos, precisó Ferreyra.
