Vecino perseguía a supuestos chorros y uno murió cuando lo detuvo la policía
El hombre se desvaneció y perdió la vida antes de que llegue la ambulancia. Habría cometido un ilícito con un un cómplice que fue detenido.
El fiscal penal de la Unidad de Graves Atentados contra las Personas de Tartagal, Gonzalo Vega, investiga un hecho ocurrido durante la madrugada de este sábado en la localidad de Salvador Mazza, cuando dos personas, sospechosas de haber cometido un ilícito intentaban huir y uno de ellos fue perseguido por un vecino de la zona y se trenzaron en lucha.
Esta persona continuó en el intento de evadirse, perseguido por el vecino y por personal policial que realizaba tareas de patrullaje en la zona. En inmediaciones de Asentamiento Ferrocarril fue demorado y se desvaneció, perdiendo la vida antes de que llegue la ambulancia que se solicitó para asistirlo.
Según informó Fiscales Penales Salta, el cuerpo fue examinado por el médico legal de Tartagal, quien descartó la presencia de signos externos de lesiones de ningún tipo y por disposición del Fiscal, fue trasladado al Servicio de Tanatología Forense del CIF Orán, donde se realizará la autopsia que permitirá conocer la causa fehaciente del deceso.
El fiscal Vega señaló que se dispuso el cumplimiento de todas las medidas pertinentes para lograr esclarecer lo sucedido y aclaró que el otro sospechoso de haber cometido un delito contra la propiedad fue detenido y quedó a disposición de la Fiscalía Penal de Salvador Mazza.
