La entrada al show era gratuita aunque se sacaba con anticipación.
Se sabía: la convocatoria del DJ anunciaba la primera gran fiesta del verano y acá no faltó nadie. La foto, la imagen, impacta en un contexto creciente de casos en todos los puntos del país en el marco de la tercera ola de coronavirus.
Gente de todas las edades, con una primera gran fila de adolescentes con casi inexistente presencia del barbijo. Todo rodeado de un operativo de seguridad con integrantes de la UTOI y hasta policía montada, que se estableció en los alrededores.
En la entrada pública a playas más cercana al parador Boutique hay unos quince policías, formando pacientes por si hay inconvenientes. No revisan mochilas, como sí se hace en el ingreso al parador, al que no dejan entrar con bebidas alcohólicas. En la playa, por su parte, del lado privado del parador, cada grupito tiene su heladerita.

«Esto está estallado», dice Abril. «No me esperaba tanta gente. Somos tres amigas que vinimos de Buenos Aires a la zona de Ostende. Me enteré por un amigo de que iba a estar Fer Palacio y saqué las entradas con un QR. Fueron gratis», agrega.
El show de Fer Palacio sigue, cae el sol. Cada tanto alguien revolea por el aire el celular y lo vuelve a atrapar, con una mano, con las dos manos, con lo que sea. La gracia es hacer un video en el aire, con efecto drone.
«De Mendoza capital, con fernecito, armadito y que viva Pinamar», grita Ramiro (19), que llegó al show con 11 amigos. «Supimos que estaban las fiestas acá. Estamos en un departamento acá a dos cuadras», cierra.
Los que llegaron se sumaron a los que estaban. En la arena, del lado de la playa pública, el vendedor de churros trata de liquidar lo último y saca una docena a 600 pesos. También están los que se quedaron con las reposeras y la heladera de cervezas, que en cuestión de segundos son rodeados por los más chicos, en plena avalancha contra el escenario.
Pinamar registró en los últimos días -no hay testeos sábados ni domingos- un promedio diario de 7.127 casos, aunque para el secretario de Salud municipal, Eduardo D’Agostino, la ciudad tiene “tres veces más casos que los diagnosticados” tanto por la “resistencia a hacer aislamientos”, como por la cantidad de asintomáticos o quienes confunden una sintomatología leve con otra cosa.
En términos comparativos, el funcionario aseguró que la ciudad está “como la última semana de enero del 2021 en cantidad de casos”, aunque con un escenario “totalmente diferente porque si en ese momento los internados en el sistema público por Covid eran entre 16 y 18, hoy son 3”.
No hubo detalles respecto a qué aforo tuvo el show de Palacio, que duró una hora y media, pero algunos se animaron a especular con que todo ese mar de gente ocupaba unos mil metros cuadrados, o sea, una cuadra.
