El futbolista enfrenta una imputación por el delito de abuso sexual con acceso carnal que investiga la Justicia de Lomas de Zamora
El caso que tiene como imputado por el delito de abuso sexual con acceso carnal al futbolista de Boca Junior Sebastián Villa tiene un nuevo capítulo. Esta tarde trascendió una nueva captura de los chats que la víctima mantuvo con el delantero antes de radicar al denuncia a la que accedió Infobae. Esta vez, se lee que le dice: “Ahora estoy arreglando con el vecino que llamó a la poli”.
Hay que recordar que en la causa figura que la noche que la víctima denuncia que ocurrió el abuso, el 26 de junio de 2022, en su casa del country Venado II de Canning y que cuando Villa escribe sobre el vecino y a la Policía en el chat, se refiere a uno de los hechos que la fiscalía tiene comprobados.
Gracias a los informes del 911 y del Ministerio de Seguridad Bonaerense, se certificó que la noche del supuesto abuso, un vecino de la casa del futbolista llamó a la policía porque escuchó gritos.
Esto, además de los documentos que lo corroboran, lo declaró la víctima en su declaración inicial. “Me enteré luego de que un vecino había llamado a la policía porque yo gritaba por lo que me estaba haciendo Sebastian”, dijo en ese momento.
La causa es investigada por la UFI N°3 Especializada en Violencia Familiar y de Género, Abusos Sexuales y Delitos Conexos a la Trata de Personas de Lomas de Zamora, a cargo de Verónica Pérez y Vanesa González. Y no es el primer chat que se difunde.
En una de esas conversaciones que trascendieron, el delantero colombiano, al leer lo que su pareja le contaba de la noche anterior, le pidió que no “haga nada raro”, en clara referencia a una posible denuncia: “Yo se que tu me quieres. No vayas a hacer nada raro mi vida. Que tu sabes que no puedo dar de que hablar. Hágalo por mi familia. Yo soy el pan de cada día”.
Lo cierto es que, en el marco de la causa, este miércoles, le tomaron declaración a la médica ginecóloga Renee Legrand. Su testimonio era clave porque fue la profesional que atendió en el Hospital Penna a la víctima al día siguiente de la violación denunciada.
Luego de escuchar a la víctima, las fiscales Vanesa González y Verónica Pérez solicitaron la historia clínica de la paciente. Comprobaron que la atención existió pero en el documento no decía nada acerca de lesiones. Es decir, había una diferencia entre lo que la víctima relataba que le habían dicho y lo que quedó asentado. Por esta situación, la declaración de la médica se tornó fundamental.
La médica Legrand afirmó ante las fiscales, la querella y la defensa que “no recuerda si ella la atendió” porque “quizá firmo el certificado pero la pudo haber atendido otra doctora”, y que también “no tiene la obligación de denunciar un abuso”.
“Dijo que si constata una lesion deja constancia y, recién ahí, se puede hablar de abuso. Y que éste no fue el caso”, revelaron fuentes con acceso al expediente a este medio. Cuando le mostraron lo que figura en la historia clínica y que lleva su firma que se trató de “un examen ginecologico normal, y que no encontraron nada en el reconocimiento médico de la paciente”. Casi en el final de su declaración, sorprendentemente, la especialista volvió a interrumpir su testimonio: afirmó que se le cortó la luz.
El expediente contra Villa sigue sumando pruebas. Una de las más concluyentes llegó ayer al mediodía a manos de las fiscales. Fue la pericia psiquiátrica que se le realizó a la víctima el día viernes, donde la profesional que la realizó aseguró, en sus conclusiones, que la víctima tenía “indicadores de abuso sexual”.
En el expediente también constan informes donde quedaron registradas las entradas y salidas del country Venado II donde habría ocurrido el abuso, la confirmación de un llamado al 911 por parte de un vecino que escuchó gritos, los chats que la víctima tuvo con Villa al día siguiente y las fotos de los golpes que expuso la denunciante.
