Nicolás del Caño: “Personajes como Milei, que hablan de ‘zurdos de mierda’, no merecen ningún respeto”

El diputado también criticó al economista por el sorteo de su sueldo. Y avisó que el FIT puede votar con el Frente de Todos o Juntos por el Cambio, según el proyecto.
Nicolás del Caño volvió al Congreso el 10 de diciembre como diputado nacional por la provincia de Buenos Aires, donde juró por «desconocer la deuda fraudulenta» con el Fondo Monetario Internacional, para integrar la bancada del Frente de Izquierda Unidad.
El dirigente del Partido de los Trabajadores Socialistas (PTS) dialogó con Clarín sobre la nueva composición del Parlamento, los próximos debates que se vienen y de los libertarios, sus vecinos de bancada en el recinto y contraparte ideológica a los que criticó con dureza. En particular a Javier Milei que suele ser muy duro con los sectores de izquierda. «Personajes como Milei, que hablan de ‘zurdos de mierda’, no merecen ningún respeto», sostiene.
– ¿Cómo analiza la nueva composición y la relación de fuerzas en el Congreso?
– Me parece que todavía es prematuro hacer un análisis. Uno obviamente ve un Congreso que tiene quizá más peso de ciertas figuras políticas. Y también un hecho que se mostró en las sesiones de fin de año de una paridad fuerte, donde el oficialismo luego de dos años sin una mayoría muy holgada, contó con aliados para tener quórum y mayoría en gran parte de las leyes que se anteponían. Pero bueno ahora se da una paridad del oficialismo y la oposición de Juntos y los aliados que tienen, que hace más difícil pensar en las sesiones durante el año.
– En la discusión sobre Bienes Personales, votaron a favor junto a la iniciativa del oficialismo, ¿puede volver a darse ese respaldo de la izquierda en Diputados?
– Nos guiamos por el mandato popular que nos llevó al Congreso, con una elección histórica que nos llevó a ser tercera fuerza a nivel nacional, con un millón 300 mil votos que obtuvo el FIT-U. En ese sentido siempre apoyamos medidas a favor del pueblo trabajador.
– Y con el Presupuesto, se dio la situación inversa y optaron por votar en contra, junto con la postura de Juntos por el Cambio.
– A veces se presentan votaciones donde por motivos distintos votamos con Juntos por el Cambio, pero cuando rechazan el Presupuesto obviamente lo hacen con fundamentos opuestos a los del FIT, cualquiera se da cuenta de eso. Además, en el caso que votemos alguna ley coincidiendo en nuestro voto con el oficialismo u otras fuerzas, hay que verlo en función de cada tema y cada cuestión. Después hay consensos en el oficialismo y la oposición muy fuertes, uno es el tema de la negociación con el FMI.
– ¿Qué reflexión le merecen los escándalos que se generaron en los últimos debates con diputados que se ausentaron por estar de viaje con sus familias?
– Confirma un poco lo que siempre marcamos como diferencias fuertes, no solo en denuncias sino en una práctica que llevamos nosotros que cobramos lo mismo que un trabajador y que la dieta la aportamos a causas populares, eso es un sello del FIT junto con la rotación de las bancas. Estas cosas contrastan con los privilegios que tienen y abusan mucho, como la diputada que se fue a Disney y que tendrá que resolver el bloque de Juntos. Pero es una muestra más de esto que están alejados totalmente de lo que sufre la mayoría trabajadora, que no puede ni siquiera a tomarse un descanso.
– Algo de esto planteaba en la campaña electoral, respecto de la desilusión de la población con los candidatos.
– Genera bronca en todos, en la mayoría de la población que no puede acceder a necesidades elementales, cuando es notorio que hay más pobreza e indigencia, eso es lo que a uno le provoca: bronca e indignación. No genera sorpresa porque ya lo hemos denunciado y uno sabe de estas prácticas.
– Respecto a la dieta de los diputados, ¿qué piensa de la iniciativa de Milei de sortear su salario?
– Demuestra que en realidad con eso lo que hizo fue comprarse una base de datos ¿no? El concepto que plantemos nosotros es distinto, él con eso está mostrando que los únicos que pueden ser legisladores e intervenir en política son empresarios, o gente que tenga garantizado un sustento y que no trabaje.
– Sin embargo, en la última jura hubo varios legisladores como el del FIT de Jujuy y una representante de los cartoneros del Frente de Todos.
– Nuestro compañero Alejandro Vilca es trabajador de la recolección y cobra lo mismo. Nosotros hemos estipulado cobrar lo mismo que un docente para poner un parámetro, porque no puede ser un privilegio la dieta de un diputado. Ahora si fuese ad honorem, los empresarios solamente que nacieron en cuna de oro podrían hacer política, algo opuesto a lo que pretendemos, que es un gobierno administrado, gestionado por trabajadores y que obviamente pueda dar una orientación social opuesta a la actual, garantizando las necesidades populares como prioridad.
– ¿Piensa que las iniciativas de la izquierda puedan tener lugar a discusión en el recinto?
– En el Congreso obviamente hay un mecanismo parlamentario que impide que puedas votar tus propios proyectos. Si bien muchas veces prosperan en las comisiones, las mayorías los cajonean, sobre todo los que son de defensa del pueblo trabajador, de los salarios, de las jubilaciones, del medio ambiente, de los derechos de las mujeres y de los pueblos originarios.
– ¿Cómo ve la participación de los libertarios en la cámara?
– Me parece que más allá del ruido mediático que generan figuras como Javier Milei y José Luis Espert, el Frente de Izquierda se va a destacar por encima de esos personajes por la intervención de sus diputadas y diputados.
– La bancada de La Libertad Avanza, de Milei, está al lado de la del FIT, ¿cómo fue esa convivencia en los últimos días de diciembre?
-No sé si alguien lo habrá pensado un poco maliciosamente. Pero nosotros tenemos claro el papel que cumplimos y obviamente como lo dejó claro Myriam Bregman en el debate, personajes que hablan de «zurdos de mierda» como Milei, o se expresan de esa manera hacia nosotros, esa fuerza política no merece ningún respeto. Más allá que son formulaciones que hacen acordar a la dictadura, como los ataques personales que hace Espert.
– ¿Creé que habrá debate en el recinto con ese sector?
– Nosotros obviamente no rehuimos y en el grueso de los debates hemos mostrado que no coincidimos. Pero nos parece repudiable ese tipo de ataques personales, que van hacia un tono de ataque a las ideas de la militancia y que parecen sacados de un arsenal de la dictadura.
– ¿Cuál será la postura del bloque del FIT-U respecto al debate en torno al acuerdo con el Fondo?
– En diciembre hicimos una movilización y vamos hacia nuevas convocatorias para rechazar el acuerdo. Y no es algo sólo de la izquierda, desde el propio Gobierno dicen que no hay ningún acuerdo bueno. Las opciones que manejan son todas en las que quien paga la factura de este endeudamiento ilegítimo y de fuga de capitales de grandes grupos económicos es el pueblo trabajador, que no obtuvo beneficios en escuelas y hospitales, sino que sirvió para para que se la fuguen toda.
-Además del problema de la deuda, ¿qué otras cuestiones en materia económica ven con preocupación?
-Para nosotros combatir el desempleo, el trabajo no registrado e ir hacia una reducción de la jornada laboral a seis horas, repartiendo las horas de trabajo, es un punto que impulsaremos en el Congreso y afuera con la organización de los trabajadores.
– ¿La reducción de la jornada cree que puede aportar a solucionar la problemática del trabajo en la actualidad? ¿No hay que trabajar más y no menos?
-En muchos países avanzados se está debatiendo la reducción de la jornada laboral, porque los avances tecnológicos permitirán producir lo mismo en menos tiempo y eso bajo el capitalismo no redunda en una menor carga laboral, en un beneficio para los trabajadores sino en mayores ganancias para los empresarios. Todo avance permite que la gente pueda trabajar menos en realidad termina siendo más carga laboral y más ganancia para los empresarios. El planteo que hacemos es trabajar menos para trabajar todos, para terminar con la desocupación que se podrían generar reduciendo la jornada al menos 900.000 puestos al menos en las grandes empresas de la Argentina, sin reducir el salario, con un salario igual a la canasta familiar.
