Misiones envía carta documento a AA2000 por las demoras en la reapertura del aeropuerto de Posadas
El gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad confirmó que envió una carta documento a las autoridades de Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 por las demoras en las obras de la rehabilitación de la pista en el aeropuerto Libertador General José de San Martín. La empresa anunció ayer que los trabajos se extenderán hasta el 4 de octubre, 20 días después de lo acordado. Por lo tanto, el aeropuerto comenzará a operar a las 0 del 5 de octubre, informó Aeropuertos 2000. Para el mandatario misionero esa situación es inaceptable y provoca un daño económico enorme a la provincia, con la cancelación de vuelos de unos diez mil visitantes.
La empresa aseguró que las demoras de los trabajos de repavimentación se deben a razones de meteorología adversa y a cuestiones logísticas ocurridas en el plazo original de la obra, que interfirieron en su normal desarrollo. Sin embargo, según señalaron fuentes oficiales, tuvieron problemas internos de logística y de operatividad de la planta asfáltica, pese a que la Provincia le había ofrecido asistencia para no tener faltantes de material.
En la Provincia cayó como un balde de agua fría la noticia de la demora, ya que hay comprometidos varios eventos en la capital provincial que dependen de la operatividad del aeropuerto.
El propio gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad hizo pública la disconformidad ante el incumplimiento del Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos y Aeropuertos Argentina 2000: “¿Quien se hace cargo del perjuicio económico al sistema productivo de Misiones? Evidentemente no habrá respuestas”, disparó el mandatario.
“Esto explica el claro desinterés y la desidia con la que se manejan estas entidades en perjuicio del sistema productivo. La Provincia y el sistema empresarial hicieron fuertes inversiones en la reactivación del aeropuerto en la fecha comprometida. Eventos corporativos, olimpiadas deportivas, agendas institucionales de todo tipo y el turismo como motor de la recuperación de este tiempo. No podemos entender que ante las dificultades de la economía que atraviesa la Argentina se pierdan estas oportunidades históricas”, argumentó el Gobernador.
“Una vez más nos vemos afectados por la falta de previsibilidad y responsabilidad de quienes tienen en sus manos las respuestas. No entendemos de excusas como el clima porque el régimen de lluvias es el más bajo de la historia. Y aún si no lo fuera es algo que está contemplado en cualquier emprendimiento serio que contemple plazos de obras, tampoco entendemos que tengan inconvenientes con materiales porque el volumen de los mismos se garantiza al iniciar una construcción de tal magnitud”, enumeró Herrera Ahuad.
“Ahora aseguran como fecha el 5 de octubre y les cuento que seguirá lloviendo en Misiones, que ojalá se resuelva el tema de los materiales. Pero el daño económico está hecho, en las diferentes actividades se hicieron adelantos financieros, algunas se suspenderán seguramente, otras no tendrán la convocatoria que se estimaba. Ante todo lo expuesto desde la Provincia vamos a iniciar las acciones pertinentes en el ámbito que corresponda para mitigar el daño económico en el incumplimiento de los plazos establecidos”, advirtió el mandatario.
El aeropuerto se cerró el 15 de junio pasado y estaba previsto inicialmente que volviese a operar desde el 15 de septiembre, pero AA2000 dio a conocer la nueva fecha y señaló que “las demoras de los trabajos de repavimentación se deben a razones de meteorología adversa y a cuestiones logísticas ocurridas en el plazo original de la obra, que interfirieron en su normal desarrollo”.
No obstante, aclararon que “el aeropuerto estará operativo y con total despliegue de sus actividades para recibir los vuelos programados durante el fin de semana largo del Día del Respeto a la Diversidad Cultural, entre el 7 y el 10 de octubre”.
La obra que se está llevando adelante comprende la renovación de la Pista 01-19, las calles de rodaje y la plataforma, más la adecuación de las franjas de seguridad. El monto de inversión asciende a más de 2.600 millones de pesos.
Hasta el momento se concretó el movimiento de suelos necesario para la nivelación y adecuación de la franjas laterales y extremos de pista; se retiró (o removió) totalmente el pavimento asfáltico y se ejecuta una base granular cementada.
Además, se aplican dos capas de base asfáltica de 6 cm de espesor cada una y la carpeta superior de 3,5 cm de espesor de asfalto modificados con polímeros, mezcla SMA.
El proyecto incluye la construcción de márgenes de pista y rodajes pavimentados y se instalará un nuevo Sistema de Balizamiento de Alta Intensidad y Sistema de Control.
El nuevo balizamiento se colocará en pista y calles de rodajes, con el sistema denominado “PAPI” en ambas cabeceras, que proporciona a los pilotos una pista de planeo segura y precisa en el acercamiento final.
También se instalará señalización aeronáutica vertical en pista, rodajes y plataformas, provisión e instalación de dos conos de viento iluminados, sala de reguladores de corriente, sala de UPS y nuevo equipamiento.
Dentro del proyecto se incluye un nuevo sistema de control y monitoreo del sistema de balizamiento.
