Lenguaje inclusivo: Larreta contradice los propios manuales escolares que pidió hacer
A las críticas de distintos sectores que rechazan la prohibición, se suma la contradicción interna, según la cual el mismo Ejecutivo porteño que hoy gobierna encargó en su gestión que se produjeran manuales propiciando expresamente el lenguaje inclusivo.
Docentes, especialistas y dirigentes de distintos sectores se expresaron criticando la decisión de suprimir el lenguaje inclusivo planteada por Horacio Rodriguez Larreta y su ministra de Educación.
El ministro de Educación de la Nación, Jaime Perczyk, aseguró que si bien «hay que mejorar» la educación, eso «no se hace prohibiendo» el lenguaje inclusivo, y señaló que la causa es más profunda, dado que «se trata de evitar la discriminación». Así se refirió a la medida que adoptó la cartera educativa porteña de prohibir el uso de las «e», «x» y «@» en los contenidos que dictan los docentes en clase, el material que se le entrega a los estudiantes y en documentos oficiales de los establecimientos educativos.
«Tenemos que mejorar, pero eso no se hace prohibiendo, mejorar es que no haya violencia, que no haya femicidios, que no haya desigualdad, ni discriminación», afirmó el ministro al canal de noticias C5N.
«Hicimos con mucha responsabilidad y a pedido del Ministerio tres excelentes manuales de lenguaje inclusivo que van en otra dirección y expresan otra posición»

Perczyk explicó: «Nosotros pensamos reafirmar la idea de que la escuela enseña lengua y matemática, enseña a integrarse, a querer y que te quieran, enseña los contenidos, la escuela exige, es una institución que trata que mejoremos y nosotros tenemos que mejorar para que puedan aprender mejor lengua y matemáticas. En esa idea, toda la investigación científica indica que las condiciones sociales son un factor importante»
«En nuestro país tenemos que mejorar, porque tenemos un 50 por ciento de chicos pobres y ese es un condicionamiento muy grave para aprender y enseñarles», aseguró.
Además, el ministro señaló que las condiciones educativas de la mamás y los papás «son determinantes a la hora de ver los resultados educativos», como así también «los días y horas de clases y los salarios docentes».
«Tenemos mucho que mejorar, tenemos que lograr una sociedad igualitaria, que todas las chicas puedan ir en las mismas condiciones que lo varones»

«La Argentina tiene 24 provincias y cada una está enfocada en que haya más días y horas de clases, en que haya libros en las escuelas, pero hay que pensar que si tantos chicos y chicas usan ese lenguaje refleja otra cosa, una situación de injusticia, de machismo con las chicas y mujeres argentinas, y que si lo usan es porque entienden que es una herramienta para que eso cambie», manifestó el funcionario nacional.
A modo de ejemplo, Perczyk recordó que el franquismo prohibía «la zurdería», que se escribiera con la mano izquierda, porque «con eso pensaban que corregían algo y las causas son más profundas, acá tenemos mucho que mejorar, tenemos que lograr una sociedad igualitaria, que todas las chicas puedan ir en las mismas condiciones que lo varones».
«Tenemos que mejorar la economía y que todos los chicos, sobre todo los mas humildes, pueden ir en las mismas condiciones, para eso se bajó el índice de desocupación que está en el 7 por ciento, pero hay que mejorar los salarios. Tenemos que mejorar, pero eso no se hace prohibiendo, mejorar es que no haya violencia, que no haya femicidios», dijo luego que la mañana de este viernes el jefe de Gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, y la ministra de Educación, Soledad Acuña, afirmaran que «hay que respetar las reglas del idioma español».
También, el titular de la cartera educativa contó que «el año y ocho meses de no presencialidad ha afectado a muchos chicos, sobre todo a los que tienen menos recursos, eso es evidente y en la semana presentaremos algunos resultados, pero tenemos que ir a resolver la causas más profundas de lo que revela el lenguaje inclusivo, que es quienes sufren la desigualdad que hay en la sociedad».
«Al 7 de abril un informe señaló que recuperamos a ocho de cada 10 chicos que se habían alejado de las escuelas, y en los últimos datos creo que llegamos al nueve de cada 10. Lo que está claro es que no podemos perder a ningún pibe y esa es una política pública que nos fijamos», concluyó Perczyk.
Diana Maffía: «Deroguen ya esta medida anacrónica»
También se expresó contra la decisión del Jefe de Gobierno Porteño la directora del Observatorio de Género en la Justicia del Consejo de la Magistratura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Diana Maffía, quien pidió a las autoridades locales que «deroguen ya esta medida anacrónica».
Maffia aludió así a la Circular 4/2022 del Ministerio de Educación del distrito, que prohibió el uso del lenguaje inclusivo en contenidos curriculares escritos y documentos oficiales en los establecimientos de todos los niveles educativos obligatorios, tanto del sistema público como del privado.
«Deroguen ya esta medida anacrónica», reclamó Maffía en un mensaje dirigido al jefe de Gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, y su jefe de Gabinete, Felipe Miguel, a través de Twitter.
Los manuales inclusivos encargados por la propia Acuña
La doctora en Filosofía de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) pidió explicaciones a Acuña ya que, según expresó, a pedido de esa cartera se elaboraron manuales de lenguaje inclusivo. su vez, aportó un dato notable por lo contradictorio.
«Hicimos con mucha responsabilidad y a pedido del Ministerio tres excelentes manuales de lenguaje inclusivo que van en otra dirección y expresan otra posición». Y planteó: «Necesito una aclaración sobre esto».
«A partir de ahora, los docentes tienen que respetar las reglas del idioma español, tanto cuando están frente al aula como cuando se dirigen en comunicaciones a los chicos y a sus familiares», había dicho Rodríguez Larreta este viernes por la mañana.
Sileoni: «La escuela debe enseñar la diversidad»
El director General de Cultura y Educación bonaerense, Alberto Sileoni, consideró que «la escuela debe enseñar la diversidad» y dijo que «atrás del lenguaje inclusivo está la conciencia que hay un otro que merece un lugar», al diferenciarse de la decisión del Gobierno porteño.
«Fui ministro de Educación de la Nación varios años y opinaba de otras jurisdicciones porque era mi competencia. Hoy no es más mi competencia, estamos dedicado a los 5.200.000 estudiantes, a las pruebas de 3ro y 6to año, a una complejidad que tiene la provincia de Buenos Aires con la amenaza del frío», dijo Sileoni.
Y, agregó que «la palabra prohibir no suena bien». «En otro sentido, digo que la escuela debe enseñar la diversidad porque atrás del lenguaje inclusivo está la conciencia que hay un otro que merece un lugar», expresó en declaraciones a radio Provincia.
En esa línea, agregó: «El lenguaje es político y termino diciendo que a veces las prohibiciones refuerzan mas que impiden, todo esto forma parte de la complejidad de este tema».
Autoras de manuales de lenguaje inclusivo también cuestionaron el prohibicionismo
Por su parte, bajo el título ‘El lenguaje se construye colectivamente, no se prohíbe unilateralmente’, las académicas que redactaron los manuales de lenguaje inclusivo a pedido de Educación de CABA sumaron voces críticas a la reciente medida.
Patricia Gómez, Celeste Moretti, Romina Zonzini y María Paula García, que junto a Diana Maffia conformaron el equipo de redacción de los Manuales de Lenguaje Inclusivo para Educación Inicial, Primaria y Secundaria contaron que, en efecto, en 2019 el Ministerio de Educación las convocó «para elaborar un conjunto de materiales sobre lenguaje inclusivo para ser utilizado por el conjunto de la comunidad educativa: estudiantes, docentes y familias».
Estos manuales «requirieron trabajo de especialistas en educación, comunicación y específicamente en lenguaje inclusivo no sólo en relación a la diversidad sexual», explicaron. Y aclararon que dichos textos «fueron redactados por fuera de la resolución del día de ayer de la que no teníamos ningún conocimiento».
Los fundamentos de la resolución «son un retroceso en cuanto al alcance de los manuales. Y las afirmaciones prohibicionistas señalan una postura y una decisión política que va a contramano del espíritu del trabajo que hemos realizado», plantearon las especialistas.
Destacaron que para que la igualdad y la no discriminación «sean uno de los principios rectores en la escuela y en la vida social es necesario nombrar porque lo que no se nombra no existe».
En la resolución del Gobierno porteño se prohíbe el uso de la ‘e’ que «es sólo una de las formas de lenguaje inclusivo como alternativa para una mayor visibilización de los sujetos de derecho, en particular para los sujetos con identidades no binarias», detallaron las profesionales.
«Es un recurso más que, junto con otros, se encuentran en debate como los signos gráficos como el asterisco (*), las letras (x / e ) o signos no lingüísticos (@) quiebran la dicotomía entre femenino y masculino porque hay algo más que sólo mujeres y hombres en las sociedades», señalaron. «No se trata de una moda sino de una de las formas de reclamar por la igualdad», enfatizaron las académicas.
