Elián Valenzuela -popularmente conocido como L-Gante– se encuentra en la Dirección Departamental de Investigaciones (DDI) de Quilmes, a donde fue trasladado luego de haber sido detenido por la Policía Bonaerense el martes en su casa del country Banco Provincia en el marco de una serie de allanamientos que se realizaron en sus propiedades, en una causa donde se lo investiga por los delitos de privación ilegítima de la libertad y amenazas. Buscaron armas y se hallaron tres de juguete.
Lo acusan de amenazar a punta de pistola a dos empleados municipales que lo frenaron en un control y luego retenerlos por más de 20 minutos al salir de un boliche de General Rodríguez el 27 de mayo pasado. El músico será indagado el próximo jueves.
Desde la detención del cantante de cumbia 420, su madre, Claudia Valenzuela, se apostó en la DDI de Quilmes para poder estar cerca y acompañar a su hijo. Además, llamó a Miguel Ángel Prosi, padre biológico de Elián, quien tomó su auto y manejó desde Entre Ríos hasta Buenos Aires, acompañado por su otra hija, media hermana del músico. Ambos estuvieron toda la noche esperando para poder verlo.

Este miércoles por la mañana, Claudia Valenzuela, en un breve diálogo con Pía Shaw, aseguró: “Estoy esperando a ver qué pasa mañana (por la indagatoria). Recién tengo un segundo. Estoy mejor, intentando hablar con el abogado”, según el mensaje que reprodujo la panelista de A la Barbarossa, el ciclo de Georgina Barbarossa por Telefe.
Por otro lado, el abogado del músico, Alejandro Cipolla, se expresó a través de sus redes sociales antes de llegar a la DDI. “Vergüenza que se viole el derecho a la defensa. Lamentable actitud de la policía y de la fiscalía 9 de General Rodríguez. Lamento como personal de la fiscalía miente a los familiares informando que se encontraría alojado en General Rodríguez. El mismo se encuentra detenido en la DDI Quilmes con la única finalidad de que esté lejos de su familia. Se informe que no puede tener contacto con el expediente que se encuentra imputado. Por lo que me encuentro camino a Quilmes a fin de entrevistarme con Elián Valenzuela”, indicó el letrado en sus Historias de Instagram.
Una vez que llegó, se encontró con los padres de L-Gante, habló frente a los medios presentes. “Yo no vi la causa. Nadie tuvo acceso al expediente”. Y contó detalles del encuentro entre L-Gante y su mamá: “La madre lo vio bien, se intercambiaron cartas”.

“Yo ya me comuniqué con la fiscalía. Mañana a las 9 de la mañana va a estar siendo indagado en General Rodríguez. Es una locura que se encuentre acá, tan lejos de la familia. Yo creo que es un capricho judicial”, agregó Cipolla, que también se había dicho que la fiscalía de la causa está “ensañada” con su cliente y que su detención “es sobre exagerada” y “no tiene sentido”.
Además, aseguró que el cantante permanecía con las esposas colocadas y “tirado en el piso”. “¿Cuál es la peligrosidad que puede hacer L-Gante ante 30 policías para tenerlo esposado desde el primer momento? ¿Y segundo, no dejar ingresar a su abogado?”, cuestionó el representante legal del músico.
Por su parte, Cipolla se refirió a una parcialidad de la UFI N°9 de parcialidad, ya que investigó al cantante en una acusación previa por lesiones: “Incluso, esta fiscalía fue denunciada por Elián y por mí en la causa por lesiones”.

Según testimonios en la causa, varios de los integrantes del grupo que acompaña a L-Gante, conocido como La Mafilia, tuvieron un altercado con un grupo de personas, entre los que había un empleado municipal vecino del barrio del músico, a la salida de la discoteca. “En ese contexto, después del incidente, la Guardia Urbana de Protección Ciudadana del Municipio demoró a los amigos de L-Gante”, detallaron fuentes del caso.
Cuando el cantante se entera de lo sucedido con sus amigos,decidió ir por el empleado municipal vecino. “El músico tomó al empleado municipal, le apuntó con una pistola, lo obligó a subir a su coche y se los llevó”, describieron investigadores del caso. Luego, condujo unas pocas cuadras. Dentro del barrio Bicentenario, halló y amenazó a la segunda víctima para que ingrese a su auto, “en pos de aclarar la situación relacionada con sus amigos a la salida del local bailable”. Así, asegura un investigador, “los retuvo por 20 minutos, diciéndoles: ‘Si no sueltan a mis amigos, no los suelto a ustedes’”./infobae
