A diferencia de la Universidad Católica de las Misiones (UCAMI) y la Universidad Nacional del Alto Uruguay (UNAU) que ya confirmaron la implementación del pase sanitario para el acceso al cursado de la carreras, desde la Universidad Nacional de Misiones (UNaM) optaron por tomar otro rumbo en materia cuidados frente a la pandemia del COVID-19 en el regreso a una mayor presencialidad.
El vicerrector de la UNaM y titular del comité de crisis, Fernando Kramer, adelantó que no se exigirá el pase sanitario y se eliminará el distanciamiento. “Nosotros le sugerimos a todos los decanos, y ya hemos acordado, que la Universidad Nacional de Misiones no va a pedir pase sanitario, y vamos a sacar la resolución del distanciamiento cero“, pero respetando “todos los otros cuidados que se pueda tener o que se puedan ir llevando cabo, como el alcohol, el barbijo y también la ventilación de los lugares”
“Siempre buscando la presencialidad cuidada, siempre buscando que no sean los focos de infección esas clases“, agregó en diálogo con Radio República.
Luego, los decanos de cada una de las Facultades implementarán la modalidad de cursada (presencial, virtual o dual) que crean conveniente en función de la cantidad de alumnos de cada materia. “Así será porque ellos tienen autonomía y cada uno conoce su realidad y cómo puede ir viendo de solucionar o armar su estrategia para ir dictando todas las asignaturas de los cuatrimestres“, comentó y agregó que todo irá además en función de cómo vaya avanzando la pandemia y la cantidad de contagios.
En cuanto a la vacunación, indicó que “no hay ninguna ley que nos habilite a pedir u obligar que los alumnos o a los aspirantes a ser alumnos se vacunen, docentes o no docentes, pero eso es una cosa que vamos a buscar con la secretaría de asuntos estudiantiles y bienestar estudiantil de cada una de las unidades académicas, que realmente haya una voluntad de los chicos para vacunarse“.
Por su parte, en cuanto a los cursillos de ingreso próximos a iniciarse, Kramer señaló que los mismos será virtuales debido a la imposibilidad de ubicar a la gran masa de alumnos (que en algunas carreras pueden alcanzar los 1.500 o 2.000 personas), y a la falta de infraestructura y recursos humanos que permitan dividir los grupos en varias comisiones. “Entonces se determinó que lo mejor era seguir con virtualidad hasta que nosotros podamos avanzar con un plan de obras, para tener una mayor capacidad de albergar las clases multitudinarias como ser los cursillos de ingreso”
De esta manera se buscará alcanzar una mayor presencialidad respecto al año pasado, donde éstas quedaron reservadas casi exclusivamente a las clases de prácticas profesionales de los últimos cursos. En ese sentido, Kramer reconoció que hubo muy poca presencialidad en general, aunque señaló que desde la Universidad tampoco se hizo mucho hincapié en el regreso a las aulas debido a que “los alumnos no estaban en Posadas, se habían ido todos a sus lugares de residencia familiar, y entonces teníamos ese problema de traerlos en el segundo cuatrimestre, que era realmente un problema económico para las familias”
“En diciembre del año pasado ya anunciamos la presencialidad y vemos que están viniendo todos. En los albergues están ocupándose todas las camas y muchas de las pensiones tanto de Eldorado, Oberá, como San Vicente, Posadas o Puerto Rico están con una demanda muy fuerte“, destacó.
