HORROR EN GUARANI | Denunció que la drogaron, abusaron entre cuatro hombres y la dejaron semidesnuda frente a su casa
Una joven de 21 años denunció que fue abusada sexualmente por un grupo de al menos cuatro hombres el pasado sábado en la localidad misionera de Guaraní. La habrían dejado frente a su casa semidesnuda y entre los acusados se encuentra un primo de la víctima y dos menores de edad.
En su denuncia policial, la víctima aseguró que se encontró con un grupo de jóvenes en la plaza San Martín de la citada localidad, compraron bebidas alcohólicas en un kiosco y desde ese momento comenzó a perder la memoria, precisando que aparentemente le habrían colocado algo en el vaso.
Según fuentes policiales consultadas, estarían involucrados al menos cuatro jóvenes, entre ellos el primo de la víctima Damián V. (20), Leonardo F. y dos menores de edad Yovani V. (16) y Esteban S. (17). Precisó que se encontraban otras personas que no recuerda el nombre.
Prosiguió relatando que se fueron a un negocio a comprar más bebidas y después de esto comenzó a perder el conocimiento, solamente recuerda que su primo Damián V. y Leonardo F. la llevaron hasta el frente de su domicilio a primeras horas del domingo.
La habrían dejado semidesnuda, sucia y cubierta con un cubre camas color blanco con manchas negras. Fue su progenitor quien encontró a la víctima fuera de la vivienda en estado de shock, por lo que la trasladada al Hospital Samic de Oberá para atención médica.
La víctima permaneció varias horas en observación en el mencionado nosocomio, donde fue asistida a su vez por el Gabinete de Asistencia Forense (GAF), para determinar si hubo abuso sexual.
En ese lapso, se comunica vía telefónica Leonardo F., manifestándole a la madre de la joven que tuvo relaciones sexuales con su hija y que la misma fue consentida.
Una vez recibido el alta, la joven de 21 años se presentó con sus padres en la Comisaría de Guaraní y radicó la correspondiente denuncia, aportando datos e identificando a sus presuntos agresores.
Al finalizar la pericia médica ordenada por el Juzgado de Instrucción Dos de Oberá, los médicos que integraron el Gabinete de Asistencia Forense determinaron que no había lesiones agudas en genitales, desfloración de larga data, pero igualmente se realizó kit de Abuso.
El Magistrado Interviniente pidió que se recepcione declaración a los menores de edad en presencia de los progenitores y que se establezca el lugar donde habría sucedido el hecho.
