Herrera Ahuad: “La entrega de viviendas es política de dignidad, igualdad y justicia social”
El Gobernador encabezó la entrega de casi 600 soluciones habitacionales en el barrio Itaembé Guazú de la capital provincial. La potencia de la forestoindustria también se hizo presente con la entrega de casas de madera. El mandatario misionero además remarcó las diferencias existentes con el centro del país y que parte de la igualdad comenzará a verse a finales de enero con “los primeros pasos del Puerto de Posadas”.
Políticas públicas para transformar los sueños en realidad y que “el techo” no sea el límite. Esta mañana casi 600 familias regaron con lágrimas de alegría los caminos de Itaembé Guazú luego de recibir sus viviendas. El año que cerró con algarabía tras la victoria Argentina en el mundial de fútbol se mantiene en este 2023 para quienes pueden decir con orgullo desde este miércoles “¡Tenemos casa propia!”. Durante la jornada, el gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad recibió al presidente de la Nación Alberto Fernández y al ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y de Hábitat Santiago Maggiotti.
Bajo un sol radiante y casi como un reflector eterno comenzaba la recorrida de la comitiva de funcionarios nacionales, provinciales y municipales a la par de los vecinos que manejaban su ansiedad de maneras distintas. El gobernador de Misiones explicó que este tipo de políticas públicas representan la “igualdad de oportunidades, dignidad, contención y justicia social”.
Continuó su conferencia a los medios y el público presente al mencionar con énfasis que “se tienen que hacer miles de casas en la Argentina -sobre todo- en Misiones”.
Recordó que durante muchos años “se dejó de lado la política habitacional de manera seria” en el país y que “costó mucho esfuerzo poder retomarla” por la pandemia que atravesó y paralizó muchas actividades en todo el planeta.
El propio Herrera Ahuad sostuvo que se pudo salir adelante a pesar de la escasez de los recursos en esos momentos gracias a los trabajadores de la construcción que “cuidaron su salud y la de su familia sin dejar de lado la construcción de las viviendas que hoy estamos entregando”.
“Este momento genera mucha incertidumbre en muchos otros misioneros que también necesitan su casa propia”, continuó el Gobernador y afirmó que “no vamos a dejar de gestionar e invertir en soluciones habitacionales”.
La madera clave para el techo
Cabe destacar que por decisión íntegra del Gobierno provincial se ha decidido que un porcentaje de los hogares que se construyan sean de madera gracias a la forestoindustria “que no detuvo su marcha incluso en los momentos más difíciles”, mencionó Herrera Ahuad.
“Gracias a ese cupo que siempre pedimos ya llevamos más de 7 mil casas”, destacó el mandatario misionero y explicó que la idea es replicar estas tareas en las demás jurisdicciones del país.
Destacó también la labor del sector forestal como una de las áreas esenciales durante la pandemia del coronavirus al mencionar que “jamás se detuvo”. En ese sentido resaltó las miles de camas que proveyó el sector a la Argentina e incluso, al Paraguay durante los momentos más duros de la enfermedad.
Igualdad de posibilidades para crecer y progresar
“Sabemos que las economías regionales como la madera, el té, el tabaco y la yerba mate necesitan un incentivo especial”, señaló el Gobernador a los funcionarios nacionales presentes en el acto.
Herrera Ahuad remarcó que, de la tierra colorada, gracias a estas prácticas se genera trabajo genuino. Así también hizo un fuerte hincapié en la manufactura de la producción llevando productos terminados como las casas de madera que lo demuestran con hechos.
El mandatario adelantó que continuarán con las gestiones vigentes por parte de la Provincia para seguir acompañando y fomentando las economías regionales mediante los “planteos que se vienen realizando para atender a todas las demandas”.
“Estamos próximos a poner en marcha el Puerto de Posadas que será importante para toda la industria”, indicó. Así también manifestó que gracias a la puesta en funcionamiento del embarcadero se podrá “mitigar uno de los factores que encarece a las áreas productivas como la logística y el transporte”. Gracias a esto “se podrá igualar un poco a las oportunidades de producir y crecer que tienen las provincias del centro del país”.
