Gabinete: qué negociaron Alberto Fernández y Sergio Massa
El Presidente mantuvo una reunión con el titular de la Cámara de Diputados en la quinta presidencial. Se reavivan los rumores de una posible llegada del legislador al Gabinete Nacional.
Alberto Fernández estuvo reunido con Sergio Massa, en medio de los rumores sobre su llegada al Gabinete como «súper ministro» de Economía. Según pudo saber Ámbito, el legislador busca garantías de poder tener control sobre todo el gabinete económico antes de sumarse al equipo de ministros.
El titular de la Cámara de Diputados ratificó anoche con un tuit que Juan Manzur seguirá como jefe de Gabinete en medio de las especulaciones sobre el eventual desembarco de Massa en ese cargo al informar que el tucumano irá al Congreso el próximo 31 de agosto a ofrecer su informe de gestión.
El Presidente y Massa se reunieron en paralelo a la llegada al país de Silvina Batakis quien en Washington había ratificado hace menos de 48 horas que contaba con el apoyo de la coalición de gobierno para seguir en su cargo e implementar nuevas medidas económicas en línea con las metas fijadas por el FMI.
Las versiones sobre la llegada de Massa al Gabinete se volvieron a disparar ayer por la tarde luego del almuerzo de Alberto Fernández con gobernadores peronistas. Allí, el Presidente asintió con la cabeza ante la consulta de un mandatario provincial al Presidente sobre la posibilidad de que el tigrense asuma como «súper ministro» de Economía.
Los gobernadores, encabezados por Axel Kicillof, Sergio Uñac, Jorge Capitanich y Omar Perotti, entre otros, le habían expresado al jefe de Estado su extrema preocupación por la corrida cambiaria y la espiral inflacionaria que en julio podría arrojar un índice de suba de precios por encima del 7%.
Tras las demoras en su vuelo, Batakis, llegó esta mañana al país luego de su gira por los Estados Unidos, donde se reunió con la titular del Fondo Monetario Internacional, Kristalina Georgieva, el secretario del Tesoro, David Lipton, además de grupos inversores y empresarios. La funcionaria atravesará horas decisivas sobre su futuro mientras el Gobierno define importantes cambios en el gabinete. Si bien Massa estaría dispuesto a sumarla como Secretaria de Hacienda, la degradación de Batakis en la estructura jerárquica del gobierno la estaría haciendo analizar la posibilidad de presentar su renuncia si se confirma la designación del titular de la Cámara de Diputados para reemplazarla.
Para convertirse en el nuevo «súper ministro» de Economía, Massa primero quiere garantizarse el apoyo político monolítico de Alberto Fernández y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner con una reestructuración del gabinete más allá del recambio de nombres. Los Ministerios quedarían reducidos a 12 para ajustar el gasto público en la estructura del Estado y hay dudas sobre la continuidad de Miguel Pesce al frente del Banco Central. El funcionario ya fue vetado también por el kirchnerismo y tampoco contaría con el apoyo de Massa para continuar al frente de la autoridad monetaria. El Frente Renovador ya ubicó a Guillermo Michel al frente de la Aduana y el massismo podría pasar a controlar también la AFIP.
En el esquema de «súper ministerio» que Alberto y Massa analizaron en Olivos, tanto el Banco Central como la AFIP, la Secretaría de Comercios y los Ministerios de Desarrollo Productivo, Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca así como Turismo, quedarían subordidados a la jefatura de Massa en Economía.
