ELDORADO | La fabrica DASS despidió hoy a 96 empleados por falta de insumos importados
Los empleados aseguran que fueron despedidos sin notificación previa. Sería un total de 96 personas que recientemente fueron reincorporadas al staff de producción de la empresa Dass de Eldorado. El Gobierno provincial inició gestiones para destrabar las importaciones que necesita la empresa para producir.

Según los propios empleados, este martes al llegar a la empresa y marcar su ingreso, fueron denegados y de esta forma se enteraron que la empresa Dass había decidido despedirlos.
Según explicó uno de los damnificados al medio local Eldopolis, la explicación que recibieron fue que «tenían que reducir personal por temas económicos, falta de insumos y temas de importación«, según les manifestó el gerente Flavio Olea.
Los despedidos suman un total de 96 personas, que trabajaban en varias secciones y de distintas antigüedades, algunos con hasta 15 años.
Tanto los empleados como el gremio de la Unión de Trabajadores del Calzado de la República Argentina (UTICRA), desconocían esta medida.
Gustavo Melgarejo, el delegado gremial de la Unión de Trabajadores del Calzado de la República Argentina (UTICRA), aseguró que Dass aún no explicó los motivos del despido, que el resto de los empleados está haciendo un cese de las actividades en la planta y esperan una reunión con representantes de la empresa.
“Hoy por la mañana se presentaron a trabajar y 96 de ellos no pudieron ingresar a la planta a cumplir sus funciones sin ningún tipo de notificación o aviso previo, simplemente no pudieron ingresar a la planta”, dijo Melgarejo.
