Carlos Kirchner, exfuncionario de Planificación, está acusado de enriquecimiento ilícito, le adjudican bienes por 2,5 millones de dólares
Carlos Santiago Kirchner, primo del expresidente Néstor Kirchner, declaró durante una hora y media ante la Justicia para explicar el origen de sus bienes, valuados en unos 2,5 millones de dólares, y dijo que los obtuvo a través de la herencia que le dejaron su padre y su abuelo.
Kirchner, acompañado por su abogado Mariano Fragueiro, declaró ante el juez federal Julián Ercolini y el fiscal Gerardo Pollicita, que impulsa esta investigación por presunto enriquecimiento ilícito que abarca también a la esposa del exfuncionario y a su hijo.
La fiscalía lo acusa de tener 14 propiedades, 14 autos, una embarcación y gastos tres veces superiores a sus ingresos; todo ello, sin poder justificarlo. Además de esta causa, Carlos Kirchner está siendo juzgado con Cristina Kirchner en el caso por el presunto direccionamiento de las obras públicas santacruceñas en beneficio de Lázaro Báez.
Ante el juez y el fiscal, Kirchner explicó el origen de sus propiedades. Dijo, por ejemplo, que un departamento que adquirió en Miami lo compró con dinero proveniente de una cuenta del exterior del Lloyds Bank, abierta antes de su ingreso en la función pública, que fue en 2005. Aportó los resúmenes de esa cuenta, dijeron a LA NACION allegados a su defensa.
Señaló que otros bienes eran de su padre y de su abuelo y que ingresaron en su patrimonio luego de un juicio sucesorio del que también participaron sus hermanos. Kirchner aportó al juzgado las constancias de esas actuaciones judiciales.

Además, sostuvo que a Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF) valuó en casi seis millones de dólares un departamento en Puerto Madero de 50 metros, que no tiene ese valor, porque, a lo sumo el metro cuadrado en el lugar ronda los 6000 dólares.
En una audiencia que se desarrolló con cordialidad, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que Kirchner estuvo preso dos años por orden de Ercolini, el acusado aportó documentación sobre sus bienes, y precisó que muchos de ellos son anteriores a su ingreso en la función pública, en el Ministerio de Planificación que comandaba Julio De Vido.
La flota de 14 autos
Con respecto a los vehículos que le pidieron justificar, dijo que hay algunos que pertenecen a otros familiares suyos que también se llaman Carlos Kirchner y otros que fueron comprados con la venta anterior de otras unidades.
Al ser interrogado por la embarcación que tiene a su nombre, mencionó que es una lancha de cinco metros, no un yate, y que el valor en la que está cotizada es diez veces superior a lo que en realidad pagó cuando la adquirió.
El juez Ercolini analiza realizar un peritaje contable para determinar si este descargo se verifica en los documentos y cuántos de estos bienes ingresaron a su patrimonio antes de 2005, cuando asumió, y cuántos después.
Entre los vehículos que adquirió el exfuncionario del Ministerio de Planificación se cuentan un Porsche, dos Audi, dos Mercedes Benz, un Peugeot 4008, una Subaru Forester, un Peugeot 308, un Torino, una Toyota Hilux y otros de menor valor.
Mañana está citada a declarar su esposa, Cecilia Catalina Saade, y al día siguiente, su hijo Carlos Jorge Kirchner.
La denuncia
Esta causa fue iniciada por una denuncia de la UIF del gobierno de Cambiemos, a cargo entonces de Mariano Federici.
El fiscal entendió que los acusados no pudieron justificar sus bienes entre el 28 de julio de 2005 y el 9 de diciembre de 2017, luego de que asumiera como subsecretario de Coordinación de Obra Pública Federal y hasta dos años después de dejar el cargo.
Kirchner, dijo el fiscal en su acusación, se valió de su mujer, de su hijo y de empresas argentinas y extranjeras (K-Sanc SA y K-Joro Real Estate Investments LLC) para disimular su patrimonio ilícito.
Compró 13 inmuebles en el país valuados en US$1.855.000 y una propiedad en Miami, por US$625.000. También adquirió 14 automotores por $3.525.457 y una embarcación, valuada en US$40.000.
Asimismo, la fiscalía consideró que Kirchner hizo operaciones cambiarias por cerca de un millón de dólares, incorporó aportes societarios por US$435.000 en efectivo y $1.167.264. Donó a su esposa y sus hijos $2.932.068 y constituyó millonarios plazos fijos en pesos y en dólares, todo, según la acusación, sin justificación.
