Una vecina de 35 años de la localidad de Bonpland denunció ante la comisaría local que su hija de 12 años fue abusada sexualmente por su padre y su abuelo. Y que como consecuencia de la exposición de semejante caso, por su seguridad y la de la pequeña, tuvo que mudarse a otra vivienda hasta tanto la Justicia tome medidas sobre lo ocurrido.
Según pudo saber este matutino en base a fuentes policiales que intervinieron en el aberrante caso, la presentación por los ultrajes fue hecha el miércoles por la mañana por una ama de casa de 35 años que se acercó desesperada a la dependencia para exponer lo que su pequeña le había contado horas antes.
De acuerdo a los pocos datos que trascendieron en torno a preservar la identidad de la víctima y de su familia, se sabe que habrían sido varios hechos concretados en los últimos meses y que tendrían como responsables al propio padre y al abuelo paterno de la nena.
Durante el relato hecho ante los investigadores policiales, la mujer expuso que la chica habría sufrido distintas amenazas para que no contara los distintos hechos, los cuales se habrían producido en la misma vivienda y ante la ausencia de la denunciante.
Por otro lado, más allá de que los supuestos ataques fueron presentados ante las autoridades policiales, hasta ayer por la noche no había trascendido ningún tipo de orden de detención para los dos supuestos abusados.
Por otro lado, trascendió que se dispuso la rápida intervención de un gabinete de profesionales para la contención y ayuda para la menor y su familia.
Y que en primera instancia, hasta tanto no se avance con un estudio socioambiental del lugar donde habrían sucedido los abusos y se concrete la entrevista en Cámara Gesell, padre e hijo continuarán en libertad el proceso.
Aunque no se descarta que con la premura del delito que se investiga, en el caso de confirmarse los indicios señalados por la denunciante, la situación procesal de los acusados cambié en cuestión de horas.
Es por ello que efectivos de la Unidad Regional VI iniciaron las tareas investigativas de rigor para que en las próximas horas el sumario policial con las actuaciones preliminares sean entregadas al Juzgado de Instrucción V de Leandro N. Alem, que interviene en la pesquisa.
Denuncia al padrastro
Por otro lado, otro grave hecho de abuso sexual también fue denunciado durante las últimas horas en la Comisaría de la Mujer de Jardín América. Pero en esta oportunidad la víctima fue una adolescente de 16 años de General Urquiza que acusó directamente por distintos tocamientos a su padrastro.
Según detallaron fuentes que intervienen en la pesquisa, la presentación fue hecha por el responsable del Área Programática de la Salud N° 8, Cristian Sánchez.
El funcionario, junto a sus pares de Dirección de Acción Social de la municipalidad de Urquiza, tomaron conocimiento del hecho días atrás cuando la chica se presentó a un Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud del Barrio Industrial de la citada localidad para contar lo que había padecido días antes con su padrastro.
Inmediatamente se puso en conocimiento de la situación a la Policía de Misiones, y luego, al Juzgado de Instrucción Dos de Jardín América.
Trascendió que los denunciantes solicitaron la exclusión de hogar del acusado, identificado como Juan P. (40), quien hasta ayer seguía en libertad.
