B. de Irigoyen: acribilló a balazos a un hombre; todo quedó grabado
El detenido tiene 33 años y estaría involucrado en la muerte de Diego Rafael Pimentel de 31, quien fue hallado herido con varios disparos frente a una vivienda del barrio Obrero de la localidad de Bernardo de Irigoyen.
La desaparición de Maximiliano Pimentel (24) estaría vinculada al contrabando de vinos argentinos hacia el Brasil. Y por este hecho Diego Pimentel (31) y Antonio (46) -primo y padre del joven desaparecido- llegaron el viernes a la tarde noche a casa de Adilson Zang (33), quien trabajaba con el hombre buscado.
Según información preliminar, Pimentel habría llegado en una camioneta junto a su tío y luego mantener una discusión con el dueño de la casa, golpearlo y amenazarlo con un arma de fuego, intercambiaron disparos de los cuales varios de ellos impactaron contra la víctima, lo que provocó su muerte en el lugar. En tanto, Antonio salió corriendo de la escena.
El violento episodio ocurrió durante la tarde noche en el barrio Obrero de esa localidad. Toda la secuencia de apenas 8 minutos quedó grabada en la cámara de seguridad de la propiedad de Zang.
Una vez que los efectivos de la comisaría local llegaron, detuvieron al presunto agresor y solicitaron la presencia de la Policía Científica, quienes secuestraron en el sitio una pistola Bersa 9 mm, con 4 proyectiles en el cargador y 8 vainas servidas dispersas frente a la vivienda. Como así también incautaron una camioneta Toyota Hilux.
Posteriormente, el Magistrado interviniente ordenó el allanamiento de la casa del acusado, en donde secuestraron una Taurus 9 mm, dos cargadores con 16 proyectiles, 83 municiones de 9 mm y 50 de calibre 38.
Cerca del cuerpo de la víctima se hallaron 8 vainas servidas dispersas en la vereda de la casa del implicado. Consecuentemente, el detenido fue sometido al guantelete de parafina y puesto a disposición del Juzgado de Instrucción n.º 1 de San Pedro.
