Avanza el armado del puente militar en la ruta provincial 2 sobre el arroyo Pindaytí
La Dirección Provincial de Vialidad (DPV) trabaja junto a técnicos del Ejército Argentino en el montaje de un puente de tipo militar para trasponer el arroyo Pindaytí en la traza de la ruta provincial N° 2. Serán entre 8 y 10 días de trabajo si prevalecen los días sin lluvia y la tendencia en baja del caudal del arroyo.
El sábado 25 de junio se comenzó con la descarga de las estructuras que se utilizarán en la construcción y se continuó con el armado de los “pontones” que conforman la parte flotante de la estructura del paso. Se ejecutarán las tareas con la mayor celeridad posible para completar el paso.
El Presidente de la DPV, Sebastián Macias y el Intendente de Alba Posse, Lucas Gerhardt recorrieron la zona del puente y conversaron sobre la agenda de trabajo de los próximos días. “Se dio una crecida del arroyo sin precedentes este año, provocada por el embalse del Río Uruguay. Hemos generado las condiciones necesarias para que el Ejército Argentino pueda trabajar en el lugar.”, detalló Macias, quien recordó que dicho paso es resultado de gestiones del Gobernador Dr. Oscar Herrera Ahuad en el Ministerio de Defensa, semanas atrás, con el propósito de dar una respuesta inmediata a los usuarios de la RP Nº 2, principalmente a quienes residen en Colonia Aurora y Alba Posse que hacen un uso permanente del tramo.
Puente militar
Una vez que se termine el armado se podrá cruzar el arroyo con seguridad y sin la afectación que produce la suba del nivel del mismo en el puente provisorio actual, siempre y cuando no sea una suba de caudal extraordinaria en el arroyo Pindaytí provocada por el nivel del río Uruguay, del cual es afluente, o por precipitaciones en abundancia.
Ahora, con el puente militar, se podrá contar con una estructura de servicio segura por el tiempo que dure la obra. Se trata de un puente tipo táctico M4T6 con capacidad de paso de vehículos de hasta 20 toneladas. El mismo cuenta con la ventaja de fluctuar, por lo que las variantes de altura del nivel del agua no lo inhabilitarían, siempre que no se den situaciones extraordinarias y se mantenga el promedio normal del arroyo. Se estima que el montaje del mismo se concretará en un período de entre 8 y 10 días dependiendo de las condiciones del clima en la zona y las condiciones del arroyo. Se lo instalará aguas abajo del puente provisorio existente.
Nuevo puente
La Dirección Provincial de Vialidad está trabajando en la construcción del puente definitivo, para lo cual se obtuvo el compromiso del gobierno nacional de aportar el financiamiento como parte de los recursos que le corresponden a Misiones.
Cabe señalar que el puente de la ruta provincial N° 2 sobre el arroyo Pindaytí se encontraba en condiciones de deterioro, tras 60 años de uso, por lo que Vialidad Provincial dispuso su cierre definitivo en 2021 para garantizar la total seguridad de los usuarios. Además se procedió a demolerlo de manera de despejar el cauce del arroyo y preparar el sector para la futura obra. En el lugar se construyó un paso provisorio que es mantenido permanentemente por la DPV pero, por sus características, a menudo debe cerrarse preventivamente debido a la elevación del caudal en el curso de agua, producto de lluvias y crecientes. Un nuevo paso de características similares pero de mayor altura demandaría varios meses de ejecución, dada la urgencia se gestionó una solución con el Ejército, por el tiempo que dure la obra, que tiene un plazo de 12 meses.
