Autopsia determinó que la camioneta de Sereno aplastó el cráneo y tórax de Sebastián
El informe preliminar de la nueva autopsia que se realizó al cuerpo de Sebastián Ferreyra (21) determinó que el joven murió por aplastamiento de “cráneo y tórax”.
De este modo, la pericia confirmó que la camioneta Chevrolet S10, conducida por el diputado provincial Martín Sereno, pasó por encima del cuerpo del muchacho.
“En esta circunstancia, al haber dos vehículos involucrados, en un primer momento se evaluó de que no sería necesario requerir la autopsia porque la causa habría sido justamente el siniestro”, sostuvo el juez de Instrucción Dos de Jardín América, Roberto Sena, en diálogo con el medio Misiones Online.
En esa línea, el magistrado explicó que “a medida que fuimos incorporando elementos a la causa, la Policía fue investigando y viendo los rastros que ha dejado el siniestro, fue necesario solicitar la autopsia para determinar efectivamente cuál había sido la causa de la muerte”.
El juez que lleva adelante el caso, que involucra al legislador del bloque Tierra, Techo y Trabajo, detalló que los testimonios recolectados y las pruebas realizadas a los vehículos “nos permitió tener una cierta idea respecto de si el muchacho habría fallecido por la caída de la moto, la causa habría sido la colisión presunta entre la moto y la camioneta, o si la causa habría sido directamente el paso de la camioneta sobre el cuerpo del muchacho”.
Y argumentó que “cada una de esas hipótesis que se planteaba en el principio fue arrojando resultados diferentes en la investigación de la causa, entonces para eso es que se decidió exhumar el cuerpo y formular la autopsia para determinar efectivamente cuál ha sido la causa de la muerte”.
Ahora, la investigación apuntará a determinar “cómo el cuerpo llegó al asfalto y cómo la camioneta llegó a pasarle por arriba es lo que resta. Velocidad, modo en que circulaba. Todo eso nos dará la planimetría”, dijo el juez a Radio República.
