Autopsia descartó que el joven del barrio Yohasá haya fallecido por los golpes
Es el resultado preliminar del procedimiento médico a José Benítez (23) quien murió tras ser agredido en un presunto altercado con vecinos en el barrio posadeño. Ahora se aguardan los estudios que confirmarán, o no, si falleció por una supuesta sobredosis.
La justicia avanzó en la investigación por la muerte de José María Benítez de 23 años, tras un altercado en el barrio Yohasá de Posadas. Se conoció el resultado preliminar de la autopsia y el juez dispuso la liberación de los cuatro sospechosos que habían sido detenidos. Estaban señalados como supuestos responsables de los golpes que recibió la víctima antes de ser hallado por la Policía, en una zanja.
Una muerte, una autopsia reveladora y vecinos acusados de agresión son las aristas de un caso que ocurrió el último fin de semana en Posadas.
El caso de la Chacra 112
El sábado, eran las 3:00 de la madrugada, cuando desde el barrio Yohasá llamaron al 911 por una trifulca entre vecinos. Los primeros en llegar al lugar fueron los efectivos de la Comisaría 6°.
Apenas se adentraron en el episodio, los uniformados resguardaron a Benjamín Benítez (23), quien estaba malherido en una zanja tras ser atacado por varias personas.
De acuerdo a la reconstrucción policial y judicial, Benítez habría intentado irrumpir en la casa de su hermana. A raíz de esa situación fue atacado por los vecinos de la mujer.
Según el parte policial, en todo momento Benjamín Benítez se resistió a ser hospitalizado. Pese a las maniobras de RCP practicadas por los policías en el lugar, falleció tras una convulsión. El deceso fue confirmado por los profesionales de la Red de Traslados cuando llegaron al escenario.
Detenidos y liberados
Horas después, en primera instancia, el Juzgado de Instrucción 1 de Posadas ordenó la detención de cuatro de los presuntos agresores de entre 19 y 30 años.
El resultado preliminar de la autopsia no atribuye el deceso a los golpes. Para confirmar el motivo real, la Justicia aguarda los resultados de los estudios farmacológicos y periciales más exhaustivos.
Por lo pronto, este giro dio elementos suficientes al juez Marcelo Cardozo para considerar, al menos por ahora, la liberación de los cuatro sospechosos que siguen supeditados a la causa.
